Pěkný hotel, dražší ale kvalitní
Pros:

Umístění hotelu je velmi dobré. Na pláž pěšky asi 20 minut, rovněž do centra není daleko. Vybavení hotelu je kvalitní, personál příjemný a ochotný. Na střeše hotelu je bazén s obsluhou.

Cons:

Určité problémy byly s připojením na WIFI, které bylo nutné opakovat každý den. Když došlo k výpadkům spojení, po oznámení byla snaha personálu spojení zajistit.

Schönes Hotel, mit kleinen Schwächen
Pros:

Zentral gelegen, die Ausstattung

Cons:

Durch die Lage direkt an der Hauptstraße war es sehr laut, der Verkehr selber wäre nicht so das Problem, sondern die lauten Motorräder. Es muss einem klar sein, dass dies eher ein Hotel für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ist, hohe Fluktuation, daher viel Unruhe im Hotel. Die Putzfrauen sind ab 07 h morgens laut, Rücksichtnahme ist eher ein Fremdwort.

It was very pleasant and the staff were always friendly and welcoming..
Pros:

Breakfast was always good. There was a variety of cooked food, however there was no bacon.

Schöne Zimmer, freundliches Personal, alles so, wie man es sich gerne wünscht.

Cons:

Ein Restaurant wäre manchmal nicht schlecht gewesen, obwohl es nicht so schlimm ist. Um die Ecke gibt es genug Möglichkeiten.

Pros:

The first room we were given faced the street with traffic, and the staff agreed to change it after I told them I couldn’t sleep at night because of the noise, even with the window closed.

Cons:

The hotel is definitely not a 5-star one. Many of the facilities mentioned on Booking are missing, and the room is not equipped with the amenities you would expect from a 5-star hotel. The furniture in the room is old and does not match what is shown in the pictures. Luckily, we were busy and didn’t spend much time there.

Zentrale Lage mit yyRestaurants und Allen Geschäften in unmittelbarer Nähe. Schöne Zimmer mit guter Ausstattung.

Cons:

Trotz grosser Dachterrasse mit reichlich Platz nur wenige Liegen mit Sonnenschirmen am Pool.

Pros:

Das Personal war wie in Thailand immer sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und werden unseren nächsten Urlaub auch dort verbringen. Die Lage war für uns sehr gut, alles zu Fuß zu erreichen und etwas ab vom Trubel. Das Hotel ist nicht so groß, daher auch nicht so viele Gäste. Der Rooftop Pool war sehr schön. Wir möchten uns nochmals bei dem ganzen Team des Aiyara Palace bedanken 🙏

Cons:

Es waren nicht genug Liegen am Pool, aber das Meer ist nur 15 Gehminuten entfernt daher auch verschmerzbar. Weil die Thailänder so freundlich und auf Harmonie aus sind, hätte ich mir doch manchmal gewünscht, das zu Laute und unangenehme Gäste, auf ihr Verhalten angesprochen werden. Leider meistens durch zu viel Alkohol war dies der Fall. Aber das ist jammern auf hohem Niveau.

Хорошее местоположение. Рядом много кафе, магазинов , также 21 терминал в шаговой доступности

Cons:

На ресепшене хмурый персонал. Девочки не когда не улыбаются когда их о чем то спрашиваешь. Весь остальной персонал улыбчивый и старается помочь если что-то нужно.
