The Hampton Inn Tomah was a nice place to stay the room was nice and cleans no issues there.
The bed was absolutely horrible. It was hard as a rock. My husband and I didn’t sleep at all and it completely destroyed our next not worth the money.
Location, facilities and cleanliness.
Alarm clock, time was off and couldn't change it.
Plus would go off at 3:30 in the morning. Had to unplug.

Easily accessible from interstate. Checking in and out was very easy. Room and bathroom were very clean, beds and pillows very comfortable

The ice machine was very far away from everything and the pillows we not as big and comfortable as they use to be. Seems a little "tired".

Not a lot of breakfast options, but the hotel was clean and staff were friendly.
The staff here was top notch. We had to shift rooms since we booked two different room types on two separate occasions. The staff tried ways to keep us from having to shift but needed to be fair to their other guests. They made it convenient to hold onto luggage and even offered to relocate our luggage to new room while out during the day. Fresh fruit and water set out each morning on top of breakfast to take with us and amazing cranberry oatmeal cookies greeting us each evening.
Plenty of towels. They provided us with waters in the morning and cookies in the evening. The room was very clean and nice. I'll be back next year!
really annoyed by a $75 pet fee. Would have expected 35, 50 tops.
