Gordon's Bay Luxury Apartments

1 nuit où finalement on serait resté bien un peu plus, tant l'appartement est agréable. Accès direct depuis le garage personnel pour y mettre son véhicule. Tout le confort est présent avec un très grand lit très confortable. Et que dire de la vue depuis la chambre, le séjour ou la terrasse. On se réveille en votant les dauphins dans la baie. Seul petit bémol, pas évident à trouver.

The stay was excellent , additional leaving area was not cleaned for two days .

Not quite 5 star hotel maybe give it a 3. Nobody told us that there was construction work right next door. Very noisy from 8 am. TV continually not working. Had to call lady managing property. Not very helpful.
Overall a beautiful area with gorgeous views. But nice to let guests know of construction work. Could be doing with interior upgrade in some areas.

Havde en overnatning her inden hjemrejse fra Cape Town lufthavn. Godt og sikkert kvarter, parkering i garage. Meget flot udsigt over bugten.

I was in Cape Town for business and stayed at Gordon's bay it's the best hotel in Cape Town according to affordability quality comfort and the environment is great for relaxing, thanks to the lady I forgot her name she waited for us till late because we checked in late at night thank you great stay indeed, see you guys soon.

Tolle schicke Wohnung hoch über der Bay. Alles vorhanden was man braucht.

Bij aankomst was het even zoeken naar de receptie,maar deze is er niet wat misschien een beetje vervelend is.
Verder is het er heerlijk om er te verblijven .
Er word dagelijks schoongemaakt muv het weekend.
Zelfs de vaatwasser word voor je uitgeruimd !
Het personeel is erg behulpzaam als je er om vraagt .
Ook het zwembad heeft een betoverend uitzicht en uiteraard met een braai !
De ligging is ook erg prettig als je meer van de westkaap wilt zien.

These apartments are well positioned with beautiful views over the Bay. The location is great and the facilities are of a very high standard. However the admin errors on check in (had to move apartments due to checking in error) and difficulty contacting any staff at the block did mar our stay. The is a shame for such a lovely building.

Our stay at Atlantic View was good and I loved the decor. Its in a quiet area. I enjoyed the morning walks. We were also lucky to see whales on Thurs morning from the whale viewing area along the road. I also like that Cape Town is reachable from Gordon's Bay. The rooms were cleaned everyday but beds were not well made & one of the days the bins in the bathroom were not emptied. I guess I'm very particular when it comes to cleaning. Overall I would stay in the hotel again because it was exactly what I saw in the pics on hotels.com

Sehr schöne Anlage mit super eingerichtetem Apartment. Die oberen Apartments haben eine Garage mit direkten Zugang zu der Wohnung. Super Sicht auf die gesamte Bucht von Somerset West bis hin zu Muizenberg. Tolle Terasse und sehr schöne eingerichtete Küche. Internet ist in der ganzen Anlage vorhanden, ist sehr stabil und ziemlich schnell. Besitzerin ist sehr nett und auch sehr hilfsbereit.

Sehr freundlicher und unkomplizierter Empfang. Sehr hoher Einrichtungs-Standart in einem ausgezeichneten, gepflegten Zustand. Jederzeit zu empfehlen.

Beautiful view

Breath-taking views of the ocean. Spacious rooms and modern decor

We stayed here one night during a 10 day trip to south Africa and it was great. Easy check in, great view, room was huge and very nice. Area is quite touristy, so take that for what you will.

Die Anlage besitzt 6 bis 8 Wohnungen mit je drei Schlafzimmern und drei Bädern. Die Aussicht aufs Meer ist herrlich. Man kann die Genster weit aufschieben und es gibt sogar eine kleine Terrasse mit Grillmöglichkeit. Das Haus liegt am Hang, über dem letzten Sock befindet sich ein kleiner Pool mit Liegefläche. Da es Selbstversorger ist, ist ein Auto zwingend, da es erstens bis zur Bucht ein Stück ist und zweitens auch zum Einkaufen. Die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet und in der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was das Herz begehrt. WLAN ist ebenfalls vorhanden.

The facilities are phenomenal, wonderful view of the ocean and in a nice neighborhood. However, the management and customer service was very poor. When we arrived, only one of the heaters was functional, one of the bathrooms smelled of mold and the other had missing tile on the shower floor. Unfortunately, on the last evening of our stay, the one functional heater in the unit ceased to function when we returned to our room around 8 pm. We called management and they said that there was nothing that they could do (not even bring additional blankets, etc.). As a result, our whole family had to sleep in the clothes and jackets the final night and a couple of us came down with the flu.

We enjoyed our short stay at Gordon's Bay Holiday Retreats very much! The unit has magnificent views, which one can enjoy from the bedroom, the large open-plan living room, or the balcony. The unit is spacious and the kitchenette is well-equipped. The private garage was very convenient as it is connected directly to the living room area, which makes it easy to come and go. Good value for money.

This hotel was absolutely spectacular and I have never had a room with a view quite like it in all my travels. Highly recommended.
