Great accommodation in a great location at a great price!
Pros:

Good location. We attended a wedding in the Hunter Valley and it was only a short drive back to the hotel which was great. The room was clean and cool which was awesome!

Great location to explore the Hunter and Maitland itself over the long weekend.

Such an enjoyable stay. Will definitely stay here again.
Pros:

The location of this property is fantastic. We were there to see family so it allowed us to leave the car behind and walk to a lot of the places we wanted to go to. The rooms were a good size too. Fit all six of us in without any issues.

Cons:

Would have loved another lounge/couch to sit on. There were six of us which meant that half of us had to sit on the chairs around the table. The chairs were comfortable but another lounge would have added to the experience.

Staff, location, facilities.

Cons:

Another grab rail on the back wall of the shower and a cover to the toilet seat that can double as a shelf while in the shower would have beeen helpful. These comments are from a wheelchair bound person.

Convenient location, easy parking, great concierge, but please reconsider shower design.
Pros:

The concierge Isabella is worth her weight in gold. She was smiling, friendly, very helpful and a great asset for the property. She checked with cleaning staff that our room was ready for an early check in, gave us great advice about where to eat, she was interested in us and our reason for the visit. She was, by far, the best concierge we've experienced for a very long time.

Cons:

The design of the shower facilities. No shower stall door or curtain, and although we tried everything the limit it, the water went everywhere on the floor outside the shower presenting a hazard. Not enough towels/bathmats to absorb the water. Very annoying and potentially unsafe.

I had a great stay except for the sofa bed. Did not get to sleep very well.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and the facility and room were very clean.

Cons:

The sofa bed. I slept on it and the mattress on it had springs stocking into me and lumps in mattress.
