The power went out and lady at front desk was very very rude and then overheard lady cussing about all the guest to someone on the phone not knowing anyone could hear her.

They turn off the Direct tv off after 4 of July I will not go back there again.i pay for the tv to be on will I am there. Come in the room and turn down the air and the refrigerator .I pay for.

I have no idea. I canceled within the pre-cancellation agreement and the booking app and the hotel are fighting a refund

Cons:

Didn’t get the chance to stay there, but I canceled our reservation to get the free refund and they are fighting it and booking doesn’t seem to want to help either

Tub was slippery, when I slipped the wall was slippery. VERY unsafe. Tub had a hole on top. Lighting fixture had exposed contacts.
