Pros:

La tranquilidad que se tiene en la Villas se agradece, a mi parecer le hace falta un buen mantenimiento a las villas, pues tienen cojines con manchas o paredes con poco mantenimiento que podrían arreglar con poco dinero y darle una mejor presencia al hotel, adicionalmente el que cierto mobiliario este fijo en el piso, no ayuda a que uno pueda estar cómodo en esos espacios.

La propiedad está muy bien, tiene lugar donde estacionarse, la cama muy cómoda, hay transporte público que te deja frente al hotel. Además es muy seguro y tranquilo, en cuanto la atención es excelente todo el personal muy amables y atentos

Mala bienvenida, nos trataron como si pidiéramos asilo, ventanal que no cerraba, y teníamos la preocupación de cómo salir , pues podrían meterse , comida no variada, además de caro, el baño tuvo que ser arreglado durante mi estadía ahí, lo que se escribe de distancias es totalmente erróneo, en cocina totalmente incompleto NO TIENE ACCESORIOS para cocinar, ni siquiera para un café. Tuvimos que comprar cafetera, estufas muy vintages, no limpieza a fondo no lavaban el baño, piscina muy pequeña, Tienen zona de eventos y el primer día estuvieron de fiesta hasta muy tarde. La siguiente fiesta igual. ESTA LEJÍSIMOS DE TODO, mínimo a 45 min el centro y el aeropuerto MAS
En Aeroméxico nos cancelaron vuelo y nos proporcionaron un Hotel Increíble, transportación y comida.

Pros:

Walls are dirty, fans are filthy, roaches. Curtains, sheets, towels are old and torn. TV programing and remotes only aloeed 1 channel, everyday I had to request support to program the tv to a remote to function.

Staff is extremely cordial.
