El hotel había cancelado mi reservación aun cuando me encontraba dentro del horario de llegada y habiendo avisado que llegaría tarde. La señorita que me atendió por teléfono fue muy grosera e indiferente ante la situación. Tuve que recurrir a servicio al cliente de Booking para que me ayudara con esto.
La atención al cliente incial del hotel a través del teléfono cuando me avisaron que mi reserva había sido cancelada. Y que cuando pedí que fueran a revisar la televisión porque no funcionaba nunca fueron.
La amabilidad de los recepcionistas, el desayuno, la limpieza y la habitación hermosa.....aunque sólo hubo toallas y amenidades para dos personas, sin embargo solicitamos la toalla para la tercera y nos la dieron. Fue dificil llegar al cuarto de planta baja, pero el chico del otro turno nos dio opción de ingresar por otro acceso y así fue fácil.

Location and had displays of antiques. Was right in downtown close to plaza and cathedral
Needs updating furniture, floors. Bed was awful, could feel springs in mattress. Sheets were patched and comforter was ripped. Fridge was not plugged in when we arrived so was not cold for our things. Reservation included breakfast but when we went to eat we were told that only included fruit, bread coffee and/or water
