We appreciated the friendly hotel staff and the secure parking for the car (the parking lot is behind a locked gate). The breakfast was delicious, as well. The location is very nice, because once you get there you can easily walk to wherever you want to go in Kilkenny. It's a lovely town!
It was a little confusing to find the parking. We called the hotel after driving around the block a couple times and the clerk clarified what we were supposed to do.
