Pros:

The hotel is in a great location with easy access to Kilkenny Castle and lots of restaurants, bars and shopping. The staff was very helpful and the room was comfortable. There is a lively bar on the ground floor with good food.

Cons:

There is parking for the hotel but because you are in the middle of an old city, it is a block or two away from the hotel. If you are driving, recommend checking with hotel ahead of time on the location (which I didn't do).

Central but not worth the money.
Pros:

Very central and close to all amenities

Cons:

Advertised as a king bed, was just two single beds pushed together. Too overpriced for Kilkenny in my opinion.

I'd definitely stay there again if I return to Kilkenny
Pros:

The breakfasts I had were exceptional. It's so nice not to have buffet food. Moreover, as a vegetarian (who eats fish) there were plenty of choices. The yogurt, granola, and fruit was an excellent way to start. The best dinner I had in Kilkenny was in the hotel--delicious!

Wonderful place to stay.
Pros:

From the minute we arrived, Rachel greeted us at reception. She was one of the nicest and most helpful receptionists I have ever had the pleasure of meeting.
Our room was very comfortable.
Breakfast was superb. Table service, which is so rare now, was exceptional. Very good menu, and breakfast was probably one of the best I have had in many years. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Could not praise them enough.

Hotel is clean and modern. Central location makes it easy to get everywhere

Cons:

Rooms are maybe a little dated compared to rest of the hotel, but that is being picky. It's still a good place to stay
