Centrally located, off street parking
The property was very clean and comfortable, and it was right in the middle of Kilkenny city center so it was a short walk to everything. The staff was so friendly and helpful, and never seemed to mind answering any questions we had about the hotel, Kilkenny and anything in general. The food was wonderful, the spa was amazing, and the room and staff were top notch. We loved every part of our stay!
There weren’t enough parking spaces on site, but a car park was only a short distance away so that wasn’t too bad.

I ragazzi del bar disponibili e cordiali, alcuni ragazzi italiani che lavorano lì sono stati molto disponibili. Nota importante: il parcheggio dell'albergo è vicino, custodito e gratuito.

The location was perfect central and convient parking was such a bonus, the rooms were perfect and well appointed, tea and coffe in rooms, hairdryer, and bathrooms were well apointed and loved that there was face cloths,
Staff were nice everyone we met were so nice and cheerful :-) Beds were very comfortable and linen very nice too.
Breakfast was served to you, no buffet, what a treat !! good selection and lots of choice and well presented, we will be back and highly recommend this hotel to friends and family

The bed was really uncomfortable, unless you like a really firm mattress .. then you’ll be ok. It’s just a personal preference. Otherwise there are no complaints about this property !

This hotel is in an excellent location - easy to get around Kilkenny from the hotel. Food on site is excellent. Parking on site or on Jacob street - both easy access. Great hotel - excellent staff.
