Estou completamente decepcionado com a estadia.
Primeiro pedi duas taças de Vinho e me foram negados.
Com muita luta de me deram dois copos. A hidromassagem do chalé que eu paguei bem mais caro por ele, estava completamente suja, inutilizável (tenho foto), ao acordar de manhã tinha uma barata enorme na cabeceira da cama (tenho fotos). No café da manhã tivemos que esperar em uma fila para poder entrar no restaurante. Não havia nenhuma opção de bebida disponível além de café e leite, muitas poucas opções de alimento.
Paguei muito caro, e de longe foi a pior hospedagem que utilizei até hoje.
Não condiz em absolutamente nada com o valor que cobram. Me senti lesado.

Pros:

La atención del personal, especialmente la Sra María Conceiçao super amable en cada momento y nos hizo un upgrade en el hotel agregando el servicio de almuerzo. Super serviciales todos. El hotel tiene sus años, pero muy limpio todo.

Lo peor de todo fue las sábanas con olor fuerte a transpiración humana. Esto hizo que la estancia sea muy mala. El primer día ya tenían ese olor y a los siguientes no cambiaron las sábanas . Fue muy incómodo dormir así. Esto también fue en las almohadas. Fue tan así que me volvía a bañar todas las mañanas para quitarme ese olor de las sábanas.
Luego todo el resto del hotel coincidía con lo descripto. Podría agregar muchas más cosas pero no tiene sentido
