a proximidade com o mar da via costeira.

Cons:

o café da manha é de péssimo para decepcionante, exigindo uma criatividade do grupo para escolher as comidas, a apresentação dos alimentos nada apetitosa, sem proteína no primeiro dia, uma salsicha com molho pronto, ovo com a cara pisada. No segundo dia colocaram uma carne moída, mas muito gordurosa. Pelo valor das diárias pagas deixou a desejar.
