Posto del tutto normale

Cons:

Ho dimenticato una borsa mare con costumi, asciugamani, copricostuumi e soprattutto degli occhiali graduati ma da sole. Molto belli.
Ho telefonato per chiedere e mi hanno detto che non avevano trovato niente. Dopo qualche giorno ho inviato una mail con tono formale e la borsa è stata magicamente ritrovata. La cosa a cui più tenevo erano gli occhiali ma quando sono passata in albergo per prendere la borsa , mi sono resa conto che proprio gli occhiali si erano "persi". Certo non ci sono obblighi giuridici ma io non ci tornerei.

Scoperta a Sarzana
Pros:

Bella struttura situata e pochi chilometri dall’uscita dell’autostrada munita di parcheggio gratuito.
Accoglienza solare del personale all’arrivo.
La camera situata al secondo piano si affacciava su una collina stupenda con vista piscina e vegetazione varia.
Ottima la pulizia della camera fornita di tutti i comfort , letto comodo, doccia ampia, set di cortesia,frigo bar a pagamento, aria condizionata…
Ci siamo trovati molto bene, consigliato!!!!

Cons:

L’accès à la piscine par l’extérieur de l’hôtel en faisant un grand détour par le parking du côté le plus long (via espace bien-être)
Impossible de fermer les portes des chambres sans les claquer donc assez bruyant
Un seul siège sur la terrasse extérieure
Rapport qualité prix du petit déjeuner passable
