Gute Frühstück, gutes Abendessen, sehr freundliches Personal in allen Bereichen, Reinigungskräfte waren immer hilfsbereit, die Mitarbeitende an die Rezeption waren jeder Zeit sehr professionell und freundlich sowie auch die Mitarbeiter im Restaurant immer zuvorkommend und die Leitung des Hauses ist auch gegenüber der Gäste sehr freundlich gewesen. Zimmer und Bad sind groß. Hell und bequem.

Ich komme wieder!! ich freue mich auf das Abendessen oder Frühstück und meinem Zimmer!!
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr abwechslungsreich, viel Obst, Jogurt, Versch. Milch. Eier, Marmelade usw. Wurst in der Menge oder Art ist in Chile nicht üblich wie in Deutschland, darum wäre nicht richtig dieses zu bewerten. Dafür viel Kuchen oder chilenische Käse, sogar Sopaipillas.
Das Abendessen war auch sehr gut, das typischer Chilenische Steak mit Spiegeleier Pomes Zwiebel usw. super lecker!
das Personal ist sehr freundlich hilfsbereit und auch die Leitung ist dabei und sprechbereit wenn Sie fragen haben. Es ist wirklich sehr empfehlenswert. es ist eine chilenische Hotelkette mit Werten und Prinzipien die in jeder Hotel zu erkennen ist.
