Buena estadía, pero con interrupciones en el descanso.

Lo que más me gustó fue la ubicación del hotel, que es muy conveniente, además de la limpieza y el buen estado general de las instalaciones. El desayuno es bastante completo y adecuado para comenzar el día.

También destaco el servicio del personal, que fue amable y atento durante toda la estadía.

La piscina es un espacio agradable, aunque mi experiencia allí se vio un poco afectada por situaciones puntuales

En general, la estadía en el hotel Hotel Diego de Almagro Chacabuco fue muy buena: instalaciones cómodas, limpieza adecuada y buena atención del personal.

Sin embargo, hubo situaciones que afectaron mi experiencia. Al momento de utilizar la piscina con la intención de relajarme, había niños (de más de 12 años) corriendo alrededor y lanzándose piqueros, generando bastante ruido y un ambiente poco adecuado para el descanso. Entiendo que esto no es responsabilidad directa del hotel, sino de los padres, pero considero importante fomentar el respeto hacia quienes buscan tranquilidad en estos espacios comunes.

Posteriormente, me retiré a la habitación algo incómoda, pero durante la tarde-noche continuaron las molestias: se escuchaban golpes de puertas y ruidos en las habitaciones, aparentemente porque los niños se encontraban sin supervisión mientras sus padres estaban en el restaurante. Esto nuevamente interrumpió el descanso de los huéspedes.

Creo que son situaciones puntuales, pero relevantes de mencionar, ya que impactan directamente en la experiencia de quienes buscan un ambiente tranquilo.
