ESTADÍA EN HOTEL DIEGO DE ALMAGRO EN CONCEPCIÓN.
Pros:

Ubicación y calidad del desayuno incluído.

Cons:

1) El sistema booking nos forzó a tomar 2 habitaciones en reserva y pudimos habernos quedado en una con 2 camas grandes porque somos familia y el hotel no hizo ninguna gestión para haber corregido el error de booking.
3) No hay garantía de acceder a estacionamiento.
2) Lavamanos de la habitación 602 tapado y costaba mucho que evacuara el agua.

Cumple con lo justo.
Pros:

El baño amplio, aunque tenía solo acondicionador de pelo. Champú no había.
Deberían remodelar un poco el mobiliario muy antiguo.

Muy desordenado el desayuno, la recepción del restaurant estaba muy muy desordenada llena de cosas encima como primera impresión, pésima.

Pros:

La ubicación es lo mejor. Está en pleno centro, para temas de trabajo puedes llegar caminando a todos los lugares. Los servicios son adecuados, la habitación estaba muy bien, muy espaciosa. El desayuno bien, había variedad de productos. El personal muy atento.

Cons:

La habitación tenía poca iluminación considerando el tamaño. El aparato de aire acondicionado era antiguo y emitía un ruido permanente. No era imposible dormir, pero era molesto (yo viajo siempre con tapones de oídos, así que no fue problema).

O hotel está bem localizado. Tem excelente tamanho de quarto mas está abandonado com relação a manutenção.
Pros:

Quarto bastante grande, com ótima cama.
Não tem opção de travesseiro, senão o muito grosso.
Quarto e banheiro precisam de renovação.

Cons:

Não havia travesseiro intermediário ou fino.
O café da manhã é pobre, cheio de pães e bolos sem gosto.
Pouca variedade de frutas frescas.
Não tem ovos feitos na hora.
