Staff were accommodating and friendly.
The bed was a little hard but ok. The offered a dinner for 25 euro which did not meet expectations. Salad and I believe a plate of veal, bread and wine. I was a little disappointed as far as value for money. The food tasted fine.
The owner and his sons are amiable and friendly going out of their way to assist us in our transportation needs to help my husband who is physically impaired.
The towels are spotlessly clean & changed everyday. A veranda accessible from the room offered us good views & a place, to bathe under the sun.
Breakfast food is plenty.
None
Great location although a bit up the hill when you walk to the Convent. The breakfast is basic with mainly sweet options. However, they have a great-value lunch and dinner menus. The staff is kind and the owner even drove me to the bus stop, as I was rushing with a big suitcase. That was so appreciated!!! Thank you a lot!
The bed is a bit hard and uncomfortable. However, this place is definitely a great value for money!!!!
- It´s very near Saint Padre Pio Basilica
- The breakfast is great and the person in charge of it was very friendly and nice
- The room is very nice and with nice view and even a balcony
- I told at what time I will arrive and someone contacted me in the morning to confirm it, but when I arrived nobody was there. I contacted that man again asking him what to do, and he told me that he would arrive in 5 minutes (he didn´t tell me to go downstairs to look for his father) and after driving for some hours, having to wait at the street for half an hour was not the best option. After 20 minutes some other guests came, and they also had to wait, but at a certain point sent the child downstairs and he found the father. Then I could get my room after half an hour waiting. The person who told me that he will arrive in 5 minutes, arrived in 40 minutes.
- I told them not to clean my room, which they respected one morning, but when I told them the next morning, they didn´t respect that.
- I asked them one day at what time is the check-out (not that I wanted to leave, but just as an information) and he said "today no, tomorrow" and that stayed in my head, so next day I left. As the first day, nobody was there, and I looked everywhere to leave my key to someone and say that I was leaving. Then I had to leave the key there, to find out (my fault for not checking it on my agenda) that actually I had one more night there (meaning, as I was then 2 hours far away, and I had not booking, that I had to pay for another night in another hotel). If someone had been there, they could have told me that I still have one more night there. So to say, the staff members are not very much available.
I liked the location of the hotel and the room was very clean.
Nothing
It’s near to the church of Padre Pio!! The owner is polite and professional! He is helpful.Highly recommended to everyone!!Theres a veranda or balcony there, nice to look at!
Nothing! Sorry I’ve got no pictures!
It is a family owned Motel , located 10 minutes walk from the attractions. easy to find with car and there is a parking court for the guests. The rooms are tiny but enough for a couple, modestly furnished , but clean and bright. Bath room also fine, however the shower cabin is very small for avarage person too.you have to aware what you do and how.
Breakfast was not realy good, it was zero.
We disappointed , because if we stay in a hotel where kitchen and dinning room is available, we expected proper breakfast. But not, there was only packaged store product like jam, nutella, swet biscuits, croissant, etc.
Coffe, tea, juice was available for request.
If no real breakfast, mini fridge would be good inside the room, where guest can store some salami,
sausage, cheese, milk, tomatoes, etc.
Close to main churches
Thin walls - could hear everything in neighbour’s room
Simple, clean and comfortable hotel near the churches associated with Padre Pio. The breakfast was nice (coffee, juice, a croissant, and some other sweet things). The room had a balcony, which was nice.
