Bene ma non benissimo...
Pros:

L'appartamento era grande, il letto molto comodo e vi era un cestino con il necessario per un paio di colazioni abbondanti.

Cons:

Nonostante in fase di prenotazione avessimo richiesto una camera non fumatori, la.prima notte ci è stato dato un appartamento con un odore di fumo talmente tenace, che, seppur con la finestra aperta, non siamo riusciti a chiudere occhio.
Apprezzo la disponibilità del gestore del residence che, a seguito di una chiamata la seconda mattina, si è prodigata a cambiarci appartamento.
Il secondo appartamento era non fumatori e l'odore era effwttivamente gradevole.
Altra nota negativa del primo appartamento è che che era sporco. Tracce di cibo nel lavello, attorno al lavello, briciole sulle sedie, attorno al tavolo della sala, schizzi sullo specchio in bagno, capelli per terra, macchie sul pavimento.
Decisamente una brutta prima notte...
Il secondo appartamento era più pulito, anche se anche in questo caso si poteva fare meglio.

The apartment was spacious, with full dining, living rooms, a full kitchen including oven, dishwasher. Washing machine as well. two enormous terraces, one with a beautiful view on Tuscan landscape. We were only sorry we stayed for such a limited time! One could really use this place as a hub for travel around the area. Admit we had a car, so I cannot say whether or not the public transport was accessible. The village is delightful, with a wonderful Osteria (to book in advance, it is very small) and an amazing pastry shop for breakfast. Uphill from the apartment, less than 300m away, one can be fully immersed in olive groves, with access to walking trails. I thoroughly recommend this place.

L’emplacement avec boucherie,fruiterie et épicerie à quelques pas. Stationnement privé.

Spazioso e accogliente
Pros:

Appartamento molto grande, cucina, salone, balcone con splendida vista, ecc. arredata molto bene, biscotti, tè, caffè a disposizione. Molto silenzioso .
