Pros:

Отличный отель, превосходное месторасположение, до вокзала 6 минут пешком, все достопримечательности в пешей доступности. Номер большой, красивый, чистый, убирают ежедневно. Рядом много ресторанов. В следующий раз будем останавливаться только здесь!

Loved it, would return.
Pros:

We loved everything about our trip and that started with the hotel, we were greeted by very friendly and helpful staff, our room was immaculately clean and large which is what we needed when travelling with a toddler. Breakfast was brilliant, hot foods, or cereal and fruits to choose from, all very nice.

Perfect location for a few days in Florence!
Pros:

Perfect location— walkable to all major sites in Florence. Large room and bathroom, kept perfectly clean by a kind staff. Room is very quiet with windows closed, or you can enjoy the sounds of life on a small street. Good breakfast. Cheerful and helpful front desk staff.

Ładny, wygodny hotel. Jak na 4 gwiazdki slabe śniadania.
Pros:

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja centrum a jednak cicha ulica. Ładnie urządzony, wygodny pokój. Piękny taras.

Cons:

Śniadania bez żadnych warzyw. Jajecznica bardzo zółta wygląda na robioną z proszku. Jak na włoskie "dolci" to ciastka marnej jakości. Nie było wyciskanych soków tylko z kartonu? niskiej jakości. Bekon spieczony na wiór.

Pros:

Fantastico hotel a 5 minutos de la estacion y tranvia que te lleva al aeropuerto. A 7 minutos del Duomo.. esta en una calle tranquila
La habitacion muy bonita el desayuno correcto. Recomendable. El personal muy amable.
