Pros:

Pobyt bardzo udany. Kameralny hotel, czysty i bardzo cichy. Doskonale zlokalizowany. Pokoje klimatyczne i czyste. Personel kompetentny i symatyczny. Żadnych problemów.

Cons:

Nie mam krytycznych uwag. Moze jedynie jajecznica na sniadaniu moglaby być bardziej zachęcająca ( nie jadłam)

A comfortable stay in a great location.
Pros:

The hotel was in a perfect location for exploring Florence, but still in a quiet side street so we were not bothered by noise at all. It was close to the main train station too which was very handy. The staff were all really friendly and very helpful. The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. Great selection available at breakfast. I would definitely recommend a stay here.

Cons:

I had no real negatives.

Nice place, clean, friendly, great location.
Pros:

Location is excellent for walking to most attractions, and a short walk from the train station. Fairly quiet side street.
Staff were very helpful and friendly, especially James at the front desk.

Cons:

Needs some updating.

Highly highly recommend for friendliness, location, and comfort. A great value.
Pros:

The staff was outstanding. The room was excellent. The location was hard to beat, it was so centrally located to everything we wanted to see. The staff accommodated all over our special needs and was always there to help. Breakfast had a great variety of food and types of coffee. Paolo was especially helpful.
The room was well appointed, and the staff kept the room, clean and tidy.

Pros:

Cons:

The room was tiny. Window faced directly onto other windows, so blinds were down the entire time. There was a little mildew on the wall, right next to the bed.

Great stay overall
Pros:

Proximity to everything. Train station 6 min walk. Breakfast was great. Staff very welcoming! We stayed in the room with king bed and an extra single bed. Great when traveling with our adult daughter.

Cons:

Pros:

Excellent location near the Medici Chapel and St. Lorenzo Basilica. It is near restaurants and shops and walking distance to the Duomo. The room given to us Room 103 was clean and well appointed. The bed was very comfortable and had clean, nice sheets. The asian lady staff at the breakfast hall, I think her name is Charmaine was very helpful, attentive, and sweet. So was the gentleman at the Front Desk of the hotel who was amiable. The breakfast spread was very good and delicious. It included scrambled eggs, hardboiled eggs, smoked salmon, sausages, cold cuts, various breads, pastries and cakes, coffee, juices, yogurt, etc., however the bacon they served and cooked was like plastic. The water pressure and temperature at the shower was good. The bathroom was large and clean. There was a bidet. One could leave one's luggage for storage even after checking out.

Cons:

The bathtub or toilet or bidet had a leak and the water leaked into the toilet area. It was so messy and dangerous because one could slip in the toilet because of the puddles! Management and staff should check the facilities of they rooms before renting it out to its clients. There was no air conditioning as advertised and the fan they provided was noisy that we were not able to use it. For a 4 star hotel, this is terrible and we feel we were shortchanged. We had difficulty getting to the hotel because there was construction works in a street one needed to go through to access the hotel - yet we were not informed of this prior to the day of the reservation - resulting in time and effort wasted in searching for an alternate route to the hotel by car. They could have done this for all their clients as a courtesy. The room was on the second floor and it was difficult to sleep because at night, there was noise on the street level. We had to keep the window open because there was no aircon and it was a hot spring day (April 12). Pillows could be upgraded.

Overall it was a great choice. Location is a plus since it’s walkable to all major sites and 6min away from the train st
Pros:

Staff went above and beyond with the service provided and always willing to provide help and guidance.

Cons:

The AC didn’t work and I didn’t report it to the front desk as it was too late when I noticed the issue. So the temp wasn’t pleasant at all.
