La habitación 204 que me asignaron no puede uno descansar ahy pasan muchos carros toda la noche pedí el cambio pero jamás me regreso la llamada recepción
las habitaciones son limpias, la cama y almohada son confortables, la televisión y señal de cable están bien, así como el mini Split, hay cafetera con un sobre de café de Coatepec
a lado de la habitación que me toco hay un clima de ventana que, si hace algo de ruido y si se escucha bastante en la habitación, fuera de eso todo ok

los alimentos había un grupo de estudiantes como 50 con todo y maestros y a la hora de desayunar se aborazaron con los alientos y hay que esperar como media hora para poder desayunar
solicite una reserva por medio de ustedes con un precio y resulta que al llegar e la cambiaron por una mas cara y no se vale , este hotel debe de respetar lo solicitado por medio de ustedes
El restaurante, la verdad es muy rico 😋.
El hotel está muy bien, el problema no es el hotel, es un poco la ubicación y llegar a el y los pasos a desnivel dificultan el acceso y la salida pero por lo demás es excelente el servicio la atención, la comida y el restaurante muchas gracias.
La comodidad de las habitaciones, muy limpio y el personal muy amable, estacionamiento amplio.
