Estuvo bueno lo demás pero al recibir la habitación no fue lo que había hecho en la reservación vaya con lo indicado
Que se solicitó una habitación con cama kings size y dieron una habitación con cama matrimonial y cobraron como si fuera Kings size la verdad desde la aplicación en la reservación se solicitó y en el hotel dieron matrimonial pésimo servicio en eso
Siempre me hospedo aquí, las instalaciones están muy limpias y el personal es atento ❤️
Esta vez notamos que hubo cambios en el “buffett” de desayuno de cortesía, solo puedes servirte agua una vez, y la comida a veces se termina, en otras ocasiones no ocurría eso, siento que sería un arrea de mejora y si no les costea mejor no ofrezcan el desayuno incluido, así aunque se pague se asegurarían de dejar un buen sabor de boca al huésped sin limitarlo 🫶🏼 pero de ahí en fuera, el personal muy amable
