O lugar é lindo, a vista um sonho, o SPA dentro do quarto relaxante. Pegamos dias ruins de muita chuva e menos neve do que esperávamos e mesmo assim pudemos apreciar a paisagem e vista do quarto (21). Toda a equipe sempre muito gentil, paciente, flexível, Nahuel, Augostines, tb do restaurante. Sentimos que temos uma atenção especial e não somos tratados como "mais um" hóspede. A comunicação via WhatsApp é perfeita, super rápidos. Esquecemos 5 potes de Franuís na mudança para outro hotel e eles guardaram para nós no freezer por 3 dias, nos passando toda a segurança. Após o check out nos permitiram ficar trabalhando no restaurante do hotel por algumas horas. Isso nos ajudou muito. Café da manhã bem bom apesar de que penso que poderiam ter mais variações de um dia para o outro. No geral, foi espetacular e voltaríamos com certeza. Só uma dica: se ficarem no quarto com SPA, reservem alguns períodos da viagem para curtir o quarto e hotel, pois pode ficar a sensação de que não usufruíram o suficiente, pois é muito gostoso mesmo. Ah, e reservem uma tarde para ver o por do sol do quarto, maravilhoso. Obrigada pessoal!
Apesar do restaurante ser lindo e aconchegante e ter vistas lindas também, não gostamos do custo benefício do almoço. Muito caro para pouca comida, acima da média. A localização é boa por ser beira lago e por ter restaurantes muito bons muito próximos, fomos a pé no El Patacon que é super recomendado e muito bom. No entanto, para o centro e demais passeios, precisa sempre de Uber. A banheira parece soltar algum produto parecido com uma areia, mas avisei na recepção e foram limpar novamente super rápido, no entanto, permaneceu... imagino que seja algo que venha com a agua, mas tudo bem.

Our stay at Hotel Charming was simply exceptional and, without a doubt, one of the highlights of our trip to Bariloche.
The hotel's greatest asset is its staff. We would especially like to thank Daniel, Nahui, Franco, and the two team members named Agustín. Every single person we met was incredibly attentive, efficient, kind, and genuinely committed to making our stay unforgettable. It is rare to find such a consistently high level of hospitality.
From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine to celebrate my 50th birthday—a thoughtful and elegant gesture that made us feel truly special. Every evening, we also received the next day's weather forecast along with a "Dulces Noches" message and a delicious sweet treat. These small touches perfectly reflect the hotel's attention to detail and genuine care for its guests.
The breakfast deserves special recognition. It is outstanding, offering an extensive selection of high-quality products, all beautifully presented. Every morning felt like a wonderful experience in itself.
Our cabin exceeded all expectations. It was spacious, beautifully designed, and exceptionally well equipped, featuring excellent heating, a cozy fireplace, a relaxing bathtub, a private parrilla (Argentinian barbecue), and two balconies overlooking the lake and the beach. Every detail had been carefully considered to provide maximum comfort.
The hotel itself is beautiful, easily accessible, and set in a breathtaking location. It is the perfect place to relax and fully enjoy the beauty of Patagonia.
We enjoyed our stay so much that we are already considering returning next year, this time for a longer visit to explore the region even more. If we had to choose the highlight of our trip, Hotel Charming would certainly be at the very top of the list.

Houve um pouco de inflexibilidade durante o checkout, solicitei mais 01 horas para realizar o checkout, mas não foi atendido. ENTRETANTO, esse é um fato isolado e não diminui em nada a excelência do hotel e do atendimento dos funcionários. Voltaria 1000 vezes

Café da manhã excelente assim como as outras refeições. Num dos jantares fomos agraciados com surpresas gastronômicas do Chef de cozinha junto com o Franco. Em outro queríamos comer sopa que não faz parte do cardápio, mas o Chef fez uma maravilhosa. Toda a equipe muito atenciosa, de bom humor e que nos fizeram sentir especiais. Queremos agradecer ao Chef que ficou oculto (daí não sabermos o nome), ao Franco, Augustin, Dafna, Ayelén, Daniel e Nahuel com quem tivemos contato diariamente. Aos demais ocultos, como o Chef, também agradecemos e desejamos que vcs tenham sucesso, porque trabalham muito bem e o merecem.
