Romantic, safe and a location where one can decompress
Pros:

View, clean air, could see stars as opposed to São Paulo where in four years, I have to see one star.

El baño de vapor no funciono, sabiendo q eso lo tienen como valor agregado.

Superbe établissement
Pros:

Superbe chambre immense et très bien équipée avec une magnifique vue sur le lac. L’emplacement est vraiment beau et l’architecture de l’hôtel, qui se compose de plusieurs chalets, est originale. Nous avons très bien mangé au restaurant le soir, et le petit-déjeuner était aussi très bien. Service au top.

Wow - Magical!
Pros:

What a find! Don’t hesitate to book this family run accommodation in the most beautiful location on the lake. Waking up to sunrise spreading across the mountains was breathtakingingly beautiful! All the staff went out of their way to make our stay as wonderful as possible, nothing is too much trouble, advised where to park in town, and even located my hat which I didn’t realise had fell fell out of the car door! Everywhere is spotless, our lodge was quiet, comfortable and well equipped. Breakfast is really varied and cooked to order with plenty of fruit, pastries, coffee, juices etc too and they’ll fill your water bottles for the day and leave extra water in your lodge fridge. We ate dinner twice here, both equally as good and very reasonably priced. It’s a 15 minute drive to Bariloche or in the opposite direction you’re on the road to Cerro Campanario and Circuito Chico. The views are spectacular from every window, we didn’t want to leave! A special mention goes to Nutella the cutest dog (who we wanted to bring home), his Mum (whose name I can’t remember, sorry), Delphine and Augoustine. Thank you all!

Just perfect
Pros:

Beautiful location overlooking the lake. Heated swimming pool. Our Lodge had its own steam room and sauna. Staff very helpful, ideas for trips and maps. Went up on the chair lift, fabulous views. Breakfast excellent, best we had. Cooked made to order. Dinner very good. A perfect spot in Bariloche.

Hidden Gem in Bariloche
Pros:

This hotel was an incredible find in Bariloche. Amazing location and views over Lake Nahuel Hapi, friendly staff, a nice little restaurant. We had a premium room that included our own small sauna, steam shower and jacuzzi with an unobstructed view over the Lake. The hotel also has a heated pool with a large sauna next to it. Very small gym with 1 treadmill and a few free weights. The hotel is in the midst of a major expansion that will double the number of rooms but they should be able to maintain the boutique ambiance that makes it so special. Note to travellers: Many of the rooms require walking up and down staircases and small foot paths so not ideal for travelers with mobility issues.

Girl on reception was sweet. Others preoccupied & chatting to each other.

Cons:

The Charming Lodge is far from charming! Tired and tatty. Cheap plastic furniture on the terrace which had paint peeling. The taxis we ordered to & from airport (one 6am) didn’t arrive. Hadn’t been booked by the hotel when they informed us they had.
During the day no other food options apart from tea & cake!
Dark bathrooms. Coffee machine didn’t work. Dated shower facilities. THIS IS NOT A 5 STAR HOTEL!!! Would struggle to get 3 stars

Beautiful hotel, excellent spa facilities & a lovely area to explore
Pros:

Beautiful setting, the room was stunning and the spa fantastic!
Very comfortable bed & a lovely relax in the midst of our honeymoon

Cons:

My only improvement would be breakfast. On one morning the order came out wrong but in any event, the choices could be far better for 5* and the price of the hotel

It really is a charming place.
Pros:

I wish we could have stayed longer. Beautiful view of the lake from high on a promontory. Easy walk down to the beach. The room had a small sauna and mini-steam room. Dinner at Stag was excellent (but ask to sit next to a window because it gets warm even when it's cool outside. Front desk staff really helped us out when we left something in a store downtown.

Beautiful views from the rooms high above the lake. Peaceful setting and very helpful staff.

Cons:

The dining room gets a bit hot when the sun is shining, even if it's cool outside. I suggest they consider screens in the room windows to let in fresh air. They might save on electricity (we had to use the ac even though it was cold at night, because the air flow was insufficient to cool the room.

Don’t miss this gem!
Pros:

Prime location, friendly accommodating staff from arrival to departure. Decor true to the original settlers of the region. Gorgeous views even from the banos! Adjacent to the beach with access to a 2 mile path along the water. Property improvements almost complete which will enhance the reception are immensely. Owners are investing in the property and maintaining high standards. Every dish we tried at dinner was beautifully presented and prepared.

Cons:

Be aware, its gorgeous views are due to its location on a hill so there are stairs and a slope to get to the beach.
