The facility was clean, and on a different occasion if I visit Paris and I reckon that this facility might accommodate my stay, I wont mind to stay at this hotel again. Not all the staff's fell under my mix feelings of experience that transpired witt our stay at this holel in question, some of them do try to make our stay better, but there was still a breakdown of communication between themselves (staff's).
First and Foremost, I do not do 4 stars hotels, this was a phenomenon for me to tried a 4 stars hotel and I noticed that it was a big gap between 5 stars and a 4 stars hotel in Paris. I am not going into details about my experience, but on the premiss of the staff (s) they need to take the onus of the hotel duties rather than try to put the blame on guests like they are telling you the right thing and you are not doing as you were told, which of course what they are saying to you is kind of fabricated, because when proven, you can see that, what they were telling you is quite different in reality. All said and done, the facility was clean, and on a different occasion if I visit Paris and I reckon that this facility might accommodate my stay, I wont mind to stay at this hotel again.
