Bom buffet de pequeno-almoço, muito variado. Funcionários simpáticos e disponíveis. O quarto era limpo, bem decorado e confortável, parecia novo.

Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr zuvorkommend und haben trotz Sprachbarriere alles verstanden und extra viel Zeit genommen. Die Zimmer waren immer Sauber und wurden ordentlich gereinigt. Direkt neben dem Hotel gibt es ein großes Einkaufgeschäft sowie viele kleine Einkaufmöglichkeiten etc.

I had a lovely day at this hotel. Rooms are only a tiny bit dated but it was very clean and a very comfortable stay. Staff are absolutely impeccable and the cafe/ restaurant on the ground floor is excellent. The area is very safe with some lovely parks nearby although there didn't seem to be much shopping in the immediate vicinity. Dining options were a little bit limited unless you dined at the hotel. The city itself is a hidden gem unknown to many Westerners. Zhaoming Tai blew my brains out because it was so lovely, relaxing and an absolute spectacle to see. I hope to one day return to this city and this hotel. Just be cautious that the location shown on the map on hotels.com may not be accurate. When I booked this hotel, the map was showing this hotel south of the river near the walled city. It turned out to be 5-7km NORTH of the river! I have asked hotels.com to fix their map!

連鎖酒店，房間為標準大小，空間充裕，設備齊全但開始有點老化。酒職員原意提供協助和有禮。
酒店有游泳池和健身中心，但21:30關門比較早，工作和晚飯後尚餘可使用時間不多，建議可延長開放時間。
此次有加購早餐，種類不多，品質良好。
酒店位置方便，旁邊便有大商場和美食街，購物和吃飯也很方便。

STAFF was Excellent in every Aspect.

I had a great stay in this hotel again after a long gap. special thanks to all the staff who really took great care in serving me at the lounge. They briefed me about the hotel and also the benefits to be availed there. Looking at the services and ambience, i feel i would stay at this hotel again during my next visit to Xiangyang

The staff is very helpful. The hotel is located at a very convenient location with places for shopping and walking around.

The hotel is located in downtown Xiangyang, with the bustling commercial street right next to it. Shopping and dining are very convenient. The hotel has a clean and hygienic environment and is well decorated. I will come back in the future.

A very comfortable hotel near a shopping mall, a huge park and a historic landmark. A wonderful place to stay

This hotel was a great place with many facilities. Located at the centre of the city with is quite convenient for roaming around the city. Food was great and staff was very friendly. They are quite conversant with English also which helps you to assist in china. Anyway a great stay.

Our experiences at the Crowne Plaza were beyond your expectations. The staff was very helpful and went out of their way to make our stay a pleasant one. The room was clean and inviting. The location was great close to everything we needed. The General Manager Paul Wang was a real delight and was genuinely interested in our trip and stay.I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Xiangyang.

Until now it's been the only hotel in Xiangyang with service for western visitors. Good breakfast and buffet. Entertainment in the Bar is also good.
Rooms a clean and spacy.
I have spent more than 30 days in total at this hotel and it has always been a satisfying experience.

Stayed here for business in room 2109 and it’s probably the best place to stay in town.
Room was big, spacious and clean overlooking the lights of the city.
Tip: if you want a plaza view you need an even number room...
Gym was cool, overlooking the plaza with a nice big pool.
But...I definitely recommend paying the extra for the club floor. With breakfast included and in the evening, food and drink (alcohol too). Great deal. Will stay here again if I return to Xiangyang on business... because other than business there isn’t much else to do...
