No hot water at this hotel. Walls very think. Heard kids screaming and dog barking. Not a restful sleep.

Everything was great apart from the tv was hopeless poor reception

Very convenient as they are located near the airport and the transportation service they offer to and from the airport. Friendly staff as well.

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times already, the staff service is consistent: they are professional and friendly. The Lobby has plenty of seating, and has a relaxing feel. The restaurant has great food, a good budget hotel that’s near the airport.

We really love this place,close to the airport,shopping mall & the staff are very friendly and kind. I will highly recommend this place.

High Five! All the staff were accommodating during the duration of our stay. Breakfast was excellent with very good and several choices to make. I highly recommend this property to my friends.

Entirely adequate but not more than that.

Perfect for what we needed, a day layover. With pick up and drop off to the airport which is very close . Pool great, great views, friendly helpful staff, especially the pool girl. Highly recommended.

The best thing about this property is the pick up/drop off service. It was prompt. The staff were very professional and friendly. They made our stay less stressful.

My issue is the AC. I dont think the AC was working. It was so hot that we were not able to sleep. In addition, the bathroom looks rusty and needs maintainance. I also hope they wash the bathroom floor and walls with cleaning soap and water not just wipe it and dry it after . It looked uncleaned. The corners and edges were very dirty. If I ever stay here again, it is because of the staff. I will bring my own cleaning stuff but it does not have to be that way.

They put us in the room that stunk like dirty feet, we ask the staff to come up and smell the room and sure enough they also agreed with us, and they give us a new room that is smell good and the bathroom is more cleaner. We’re the regular costumers in this place, I expect same treatment of room, because the staff knows us already, but this time i was disappointed. But still we will stay in this place again i like the area and the staff very accommodating.

Good for a stop over, probably wouldn’t want to stay more than 1 day….staff was awesome but there was a rat trap in our room and we found that a bit unsettling but perhaps normal for Cebu? Our view was also the inside of maintenance closet lol, but good for just going to the airport the next day

Hotel was beautiful. It was close to the airport, had free breakfast, pool and shuttle to the airport
