Location was perfect, staff were very helpful and friendly, breakfast very tasty, bedrooms very comfortable and spacious.

Absolute center of town hotel. Very nice place. Great rooms and friendly staff. Good breakfast which was included in my rate.

Good location and large rooms.
Rooms would get very hot, despite keeping the window open at night, and heating off in the room.
We didn’t have breakfast included in our room so we paid for it (€15) on the last day and it was terrible - avoid.
It was also disappointing to have had no explanation re: the fire alarm going on and off for about 15 mins at 6am on the first morning.

A centrally located hotel which offers a bar and restaurant with an opportunity to hear a genuine Irish band/singer. On-street (free) parking is available at the front of the hotel until 9.30am. The town has character and has many independent shops rather than high street multiples. The room was very comfortable and well appointed. Staff were exceptionally helpful.

All restaurants had the same menu and there wasn’t much of a selection. The wait staff could have been friendlier. The bathroom window looked out to a carpark and wasn’t completely frosted. I wasn’t comfortable having a shower

It's beautiful and full of character. The pub and brasserie are fantastic as are other rooms, breakfast/orangerie. Our room was great as was the service. It's right in the heart of Westport which is one of the best towns in Ireland. You're central to Croagh Patrick, Achill, Clew Bay, Connemara, Galway and so much more.

The room was very well equipped. Complimentary water and snacks, tea and coffee, air con, robes, very comfortable bed, soft towels. Beautiful hotel.
