Loud noisy and smelly toilets in the lobby. Must never be serviced.

Cons:

Older guy in reception gave my partner the third degree because she brought in Pizza. I doubt we’re the only people to have done this before. Absolutely shockingly rude. He must be on some sort of power trip. Also we were looking out at workmen on the roof with a blow touch from around 8 am the next morning. I would never have stayed if I’d known it was an active building site. Car park ridiculously small. Would never stay again.

Fabulous midweek break
Pros:

Enjoyed a lovely night away midweek. The room was spacious, spotless clean and looking out over the Octagon. We were very well catered for asking to have our inclusive meal before the official dinner times , which was delicious. Very friendly staff throughout the hotel , lovely relaxing areas with a real homely atmosphere. Breakfast had all on offer you could think off, cooked to perfection. Can't wait to go back there again - highly recommend it.

Appaling breakfast
Pros:

We had a really lovely experience. Stayed for one night dinner bed and breakfast. Dinner was excellent but the breakfast was appaling. Poached eggs hard. Bacon had a grey hue to the rind. Returned it and received a fresh bacon and soft eggs. Why this could not h
ave been served in first place. My husband ordered fish. A lovely portion of salmon except it was raw on inside. Returned. Then came came fried eggs and rashers burned to a crisp. Inedible. We had the toast and left.

A real gem.
Pros:

What a fantastic hotel. Location, ambiance,,,it has the lot. Rooms are comfortable warm and spotlessly clean. Comfy beds n pillows. Food is excellent and served by friendly staff. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent Stay cant wait to go back .

We had a fab stay in your hotel. Every member of staff were very professional and friendly. From reception, restaurant and Bar

We requested a room close to lift due to my wife recovering from surgery.
This room was perfect and spotless.

Location was perfect and very central and parking nearby.

Keep up the great work👍. We have stayed in westport numerous times over the years, but firsttime in your hotel.

We will definitely be back.

Gem of a hotel
Pros:

Absolute Gem of a hotel. Very central location. The staff are really lovely so welcoming and helpful.
The room was very comfortable just the right temperature. Tea ,coffee, water and even some crisps provided.
The breakfast was delicious. Quaint little teacup. A very good buffet with cereals ,yogurts ,fruit etc.
Then you can order your hot food served to you.
We've visited several times before and can't wait to go back.
