The property is a bit old, and strange sounds emanate from the bathroom around the clock. It sounds like clicking, popping, or creaking as hot water pipes heat up or cool down.
Uphill walk from the public transport. There is no public transport next to the hotel, we always have to walk uphill for about 15 minutes. If you book a cab like Uber, they are very expensive and always try to overcharge. They charge however they like. Never ever get Uber if you want to save money. The food at the hotel is way too expensive; I mean, more expensive than London. Istanbul is not as pocket-friendly as it used to be.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and were very impressed with the overall experience. The room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and cleaned to a very high standard every day. The attention to cleanliness throughout the hotel was exceptional.
The spa facilities were excellent, especially the hammam and swimming pool. The hammam was relaxing and authentic, providing the perfect way to unwind, while the pool area was clean, comfortable, and very well looked after.
A special thank you to Yelda :) at the front desk. She was incredibly friendly, charming, and professional from the moment we arrived. Her warm welcome, positive attitude, and willingness to help made our stay even more enjoyable. She is a true asset to the hotel and provided outstanding customer service throughout our visit.
We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future.

The front office manager YELDA BIKHAS by herself support me and serve me and she didn't let me need anything.

The front office manager who name was Yelda was amazing and also GR Team Fafa was very good and helpful
Room was spacious for 2 to 3 individuals. Breakfast was exceptionally good and healthy with a lot of items to choose from. The Location is on a slope from which walking to the nearest bus stop and metro station is challenging due to steep slope, but is nearby. For those who love to walk, like me, shouldn't have an issue with that.
The hotel is an old building and the maintenance of the rooms, especially the washroom and the furniture may be upped a little bit. The Air conditioning also to be serviced regularly. Sometimes, it wasn't functioning as intended but the weather of the city has covered it for us.

Nous avions une réservation pour deux nuits (dont la deuxième nuit qui nous a été offerte). Lors du checkin j'ai demandé à avoir le petit-déjeuner (10e au lieu de 20e si je le réservais au moment du checkin), on m'a indiqué que tout était bon et que je n'avais pas besoin de payer sur le coup. De plus on nous a indiqué que nous n'aurions pas à changer de chambre entre nos deux nuitées et que tout était ok.
Le lendemain matin ma réservation pour le petit-déjeuner n'était pas enregistrée et la personne à l'accueil a voulu me faire payer 20e, j'ai dû expliquer à plusieurs reprises la situation pour qu'elle accepte de me faire payer 10e.
Ensuite nous avons dû refaire un check-in pour la nuit qui nous avait été offerte par un proche, la personne à l'accueil a refusé de faire le check-in car ce proche n'était pas là (1e fois que ça nous arrive après 2 semaines en hôtel en Turquie et plusieurs nuits offertes par des proches). Alors que je demandais des explications et indiquait que je ne comprenais pas, cette personne ("Ali") s'est mise a souffler, a levé les yeux au ciel, un comportement inacceptable dans une discussion et encore plus lorsqu'on travaille dans un hôtel. Après avoir discuté avec mon proche et n'avoir fait que lui couper la parole, il ("Ali") a menti en disant que mon proche avait dit des "bad words". C'est faux. Je ne détaillerai pas plus ce point mais mentir sur ce sujet est inacceptable.
Aucune solution ne nous a été proposée. Une personne chargée de la relation avec les clients est venue nous voir, elle était très gentille mais n'avait aucune solution à proposer. Ils nous ont dit de réserver une autre chambre sur Booking. Lorsque j'ai indiqué que l'hôtel était plein, ils n'ont même pas proposé de nous laisser réserver la chambre que nous avions déjà normalement réservée et qui devenait libre du fait de leur refus de réaliser notre check-in.
