En términos generales le falta mantenimiento al hotel, los aires acondicionados no funcionan y eso en Poza Rica debería de ser de lo más importante

Todo bien menos el estacionamiento no tiene ninguna sombra te subes a tu carro y es un horno tienes que dejarlo 15 minutos andando con el aire acondicionado a todo

El desayuno buffet esta buenísimo. La atención mejoro mucho comparado con mi estancia anterior. Aún les falta dar mantenimiento en los baños, como retirar el silicón de las duchas ya que algunas partes ya tienen hongo.
