HORRIBLE, BY FAR THE DIRTIEST HOTEL THAT I HAVE EVER STAYED AT

Desk clerk was friendly at check-in

Cons:

Our room was filthy dirty. The window was so bad, that you could not even see out of it. When we expressed our concerns with the staff, we were told there was nothing that could be done about it since it was booked through a third party. Would have understood a little more if this was a cheap hotel, but that wasn't the case.

Terrible, even duty manger would have refunded if we had of booked direct. Daughter putting complaint into Hilton

Pros:

Everything was so nice and clean. The staff was amazing especially the lady with the ginger hair ... She made it super comfortable! The breakfast was pretty good . The ginger staff lady have popcorn and cookies for my guest and I . Oh n I asked for an extension for check out and they did it n there was no fuss 🫰🏾🫂💜😘😘😘

That it was in a good location

Cons:

I didn’t like that we was right next to the elevator couldn’t sleep heard the door close and open the whole time tv kept loosing signal loud drunk people in the hall way for over 150$ a night well not even a whole 24 hours because you can’t get in till 3 and have to be gone for like 10-11 for that amount of money our tv could of at least worked and not be stuck next to the elevator
