Pros:

The room was clean

Cons:

At check-in. I was given my key and told your all set. I had to ask how do I get to my room? I was not given the normal information like check out time, when breakfast would be served and( breakfast was included in my stay). I had to switch rooms due to issue with the bath. The room was clean, but I definitely did not feel welcomed there. I will not stay there again. The tv was small and out dated.

Good, clean place for my one night stay in Wiggins.
Pros:

Beds were comfy and the room was clean.

HORRIBLE, BY FAR THE DIRTIEST HOTEL THAT I HAVE EVER STAYED AT
Pros:

Desk clerk was friendly at check-in

Cons:

Our room was filthy dirty. The window was so bad, that you could not even see out of it. When we expressed our concerns with the staff, we were told there was nothing that could be done about it since it was booked through a third party. Would have understood a little more if this was a cheap hotel, but that wasn't the case.

Terrible, even duty manger would have refunded if we had of booked direct. Daughter putting complaint into Hilton

No cleaning done, pool empty, so no pool, no spa didn’t know what it was. Water went off mid shower for 45 min with advance notice
