Cleaning Rooms
Pros:

Cleaning the rooms should be completed on a daily basis. Towels are needed, garbage should be disposed of and a clean room makes for a nicer stay! This should be included in the daily rates.

Perfect!
Pros:

This location was conveniently located near a Walmart (because we always forget something!) and some restaurants. It was clean and the staff members were all amazing!! The people really made this place stand out from others we have stayed at. It was priced wonderfully and only about a 40-45 minute drive to Gulfport/Biloxi area, so we were able to still enjoy the beach and some museums/attractions without the coastal hotel cost. We will stay here again! Oh!!! And the hotel is kind of in a darker area, but the lot itself is well lit and the local police department circled through often. Felt very safe!!

Pros:

We moved to this hotel because the one we booked the pool was out and the kids was with us but I wish we would have stayed where we was at because hotels.Com said it was the same price and other guests payed way less for the same room we got the bed was hard as a rock springs poked you in the back and the hotel we had before was was nice but the pool was down but hotels.com said they had to book it and I told the guy it was a cheap hotel they was putting us in and they wouldn’t pay us back and you can’t understand the people you talk to when you call hotels.com

Pros:

Staff was pleasant, and helpful. The side doors from parking lot need repair. Could not enter building from pool side, the other side had black tape around the top. Not really a secured building!

The property is very well maintained. My room was clean and comfortable. The occupancy was high,however, atmosphere was calm and peaceful. Location was perfect. The breakfast buffet was wonderful.Each staff member was professional and friendly. Would 10/10 stay again.
