Very clean!! Nicely decorated. Out of all the Hamptons I have stayed in this has to be the best one overall and very clean. The front desk gentleman Jesus was AMAZING!! Hands down provided exceptional customer service! He was so friendly and very professional. We will definitely be back and plan to stay here again.
Everything was great minus the internet on TV was not working but we got to watch regular cable channels.
Location and quietness
The breakfast wasn't great, but it's free meal, so what's there to complain?
Location was ideal and in proximity for most of our destinations during our visit, we even added a day to our stay.
I think that the night time clerk may have been aggravated at the fact, that I was upset about having issuees with the rooms! After a wonderful day in your city, we come to our beautiful hotel and it stunk like sewage, i called the front desk and the clerk stated that she could offer me another room on the same floor. I said great, However, I must go get the key. Alright, I go get the key we get all of our belongings, we walk into the room and turn the air on because it wasn't on. After 5 minutes of hot air, we couldn't believe the ac wasn't functioning properly. It is only blowing hot air! I was a little upset at this point and called the front desk, not only did she have to move us again, i had to go get the keys if I wanted to be comfortable. We checked everything before we got comfortable in the next room, all seems to be ok. So we needed to take a shower and there were no towels in the room!!! Are you serious? I thought i was getting pranked by Paris Hilton and Nicole!! I called to the front desk which at this point she was even more upset than I was i think, she asked what was wrong and I stated that the room had no towels, she said she had no help at the front desk, i would need to go get towels from the front, so we could shower after a long hot exhausting day and the reception in your lovely spacious rooms i was in no mood to walk to the front AGAIN! I went to the previous room with no air and took the towels from that room, i hope they were recently cleaned. This was the worst experience at a Hampton

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Rooms are spacious.
The bathroom was filthy. Hairs and stains on the toilet. The microwave and cabinets were open when I entered the room. I asked for a new room and the staff gladly helped me. The new room was cleaner but the floors still looked dirty. Makes me wonder how much they actually clean the bedding and everything else.
