Très agréable et le personnel au petit soin.
Pros:

La chambre était très confortable et la vue magnifique. La zone SPA avec jaccuzi et sauna est aussi superbe, sous la neige c'était magique.

Cons:

Pour le prix, je pensais que la chambre serait plus grande. Il me semblait que dans la description on avait une chambre plus spacieuse même si elle restait très agréable.

Прекрасна атмосфера, невероятна храна, спокойствие и тишина. Персоналът беше винаги на разположение и помогна с допълнителни съвети и услуги, които не сме очаквали да получим. Горещо препоръчвам този хотел!

Cons:

Закуската започва в 8:00. Като препоръка към мениджмънта на хотела бих препоръчал да бъде изтеглена за 7:30, за да има достатъчно време за достигане до ски зоната и първи спускания още с отваряне на кабинковия лифт.

A absolute must stay
Pros:

Where do I start?? The room was clean, the VIEW from our balcony fantastic!! The staff was friendly, engaging, and very helpful. The spa facilities were wonderful after the day of skiing. Location a short simple 5 minute walk out of the city center made it quiet and peaceful.
