LASS DIE HÄNDE WEG! zahlt 20 euro mehr und geht in einem andere Hotel

Erstmal ist das Hotel von oben bis unten eine Katastrophe. Wir haben ein Zimmer bekommen, in dem kondome auf dem boden laden und bier am Bett. Dann wurde unser Zimmer gewechselt aber nun ohne Kissen.
Nach dem wir nach Kissen gefragt haben hieß es dass es keine gibt weil die putzfirma nicht da war.
Die Zimmer sehen eklig aus und nicht sauber.
Am ende haben wir es stornieren lassen.
Ich habe mein Geld immernoch nicht zurückbekommen obwohl es hieß dass es jeden Tag überwiesen wird.

Kurze Übernachtung
Cons:

Es gab vorab keine Informationen zum Check in. Ich musste mit mehreren Personen telefonieren bis wir den Code für die Boxen bekommen haben damit wir in die Zimmer konnten. Die Zimmer waren auf 2 verschiedenen Stockwerken und es gab keinen Hinweis welches für eine Person vorgesehen war und welches für 2 somit mussten wir zweimal hin und her laufen. Das Frühstück war sehr spärlich es gab nur das nötigste, das meiste war leer. Die Rezeption war um 10 Uhr noch immer nicht besetzt, wir haben dann den Haustechniker gefragt da wir nicht auschecken konnten. Zum Glück war er mega freundlich und hat für uns rumtelefoniert.
Ich würde dort nicht wieder übernachten.

en av oss ble bitt av lopper på et rom som skulle være røykfritt noe det absolutt ikke var . han som ble syk ligger nå på konsvinger sykehus og kom dit med 40 i feber og forventes å ligge der en god stund. Jeg har prøvd å finne et Norsk telefon nr til Booking .com sin kundeservice men det finnes ikke . Datter til han som ble syk er advokat så får vi se

Würde ich weiter empfehlen und komme auch gerne wieder.
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend.
Die Matratze war auch sehr gut und nicht durchgelegen.

Cons:

Die Duschhalterung war nicht so optimal, so dass man die Brause in die Hand nehmen musste.

Ich hatte ein fake leder bett bei dem die oberatw lederschicht abblätterte und die krümel verteilten sich auf dem bett. Personal ist eine Katastrophe

Nicht Trademark Collection by Wyndham würdig. Nicht Sauber.
Pros:

Ruhiges, geräumiges Zimmer. Überdachter Parkplatz für 5EUR.
Hilfsbereite, nette Dame beim Frühstück. Leider kann ich nichts weiteres an Positiven Dingen mitteilen.

Cons:

Von Sauberkeit kann man nicht reden: dreckige Handtücher (Blut oder sonstige spuren, hab mein eigenes Badetuch benutzt).
Keine Zimmerreinigung obwohl per Schild angefragt, Verfügbarkeit / Besetzung der Rezeption (niemand vor 08:30 Uhr oder bis 19:00 Uhr anwesend), adäquates Check-Out so nicht möglich.
Preis für das Frühstück wird nicht wie angeboten berechnet.
Duschgel / Shampoo war leer obwohl angeboten und wird nicht nachgefüllt da keine Reinigung und kein Personal anwesend um darauf hinzuweisen. Die Heizung war am 2ten Tag gerade mal lauwarm.
Ich hatte ein Komfort Einzelzimmer gebucht und habe ein Standardzimmer Einzel erhalten. Regress nicht möglich da kein Hotelpersonal anwesend.
Kommunikation: auf Reklamationsmail kam keine Reaktion.
