Pros:

Nem tudtam a szállásra bejutni, másik szállást kellett foglaljak. Másnap relatív gördülékenyen ment a lebonyolítás, a kifizetett szállást visszatérítették.

Cons:

Nem lehetett bejutni a vészhelyzeti telefonszám segítségével sem, hiába beszéltük meg előre, hogy lehetséges a késői bejelentkezés. Éjjel másik szállást kellett foglaljak.

Das Hotel liegt in einem Gewerbegebiet, die von uns geplanten Reiseziele konnten gut und schnell erreicht werden. Parkplätze am Hotel (Tiefgarage, mit Gebühr) sind vorhanden; sehr freundliches Personal

Cons:

Das Frühstücksbuffett war zeitweise nicht besetzt, so dass wir an einem der Tage ca 30min warten mussten, bis das Buffett aufg Anfrage wieder aufgefüllt wurde; wir waren in der Mitte der angegebenen Frühstückszeit am Buffett. Geworben wird auf der Webseite mit einem reichhaltigen Frühstücksbuffett... Das sollte in Zukunft besser organisiert werden können.

Unterirdische Rezeption:
Doppelzimmer gebucht, Einzelzimmer bekommen, nach 45 Minuten einchecken und wegen Doppelzimmer Buchung verhandeln Essen gegangen, mir wurde eine Lösung versprochen. Nach 3 Stunden wieder gekommen: obwohl ich bezahlt hatte hieß es zuerst, man könne nicht weiterhelfen. Erst nach Insistieren meinerseits wurde dann der Chef angerufen und 25 Minuten später gab es dann - wie gebucht und bezahlt - ein Doppelzimmer. Hatte was von versteckte Kamera, war aber real.

Grauenvoll, würde ich keinem empfehlen.
Pros:

Die Lage in Autobahnnähe war gut. Wir haben spontan von unterwegs gebucht ,weil wir auf der Durchreise waren.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war schlampig und in einem sehr schlechten Zustand.
Mit den Bildern die angegeben sind, hat das nichts zu tun.

Die alten Betten und Würfel neben dem Bett. Das Kunstleder ist schon sehr abgewetzt. Kann eigentlich nicht mehr anbieten. Die Matratzen waren okay.
