The hotel’s location is excellent, right in the heart of Salalah city, with easy access to most attractions, restaurants, and other destinations. Its central location makes it very convenient for exploring the city.

The reception staff were not as welcoming or friendly as I expected, which affected my first impression of the hotel. Additionally, the room facilities were outdated and poorly maintained. For example, the trash bin in my room was broken, which reflects a lack of attention to basic maintenance. The breakfast was also disappointing, with limited options and a variety that fell below my expectations. Overall, the hotel would benefit from improvements in customer service, room maintenance, and breakfast quality.

Cons:

Old property that was not taken care of . They did not even try to was the sofas inside the room they were dirty . Painting of the room was damaged à simple paint makes the room look cleaner . Even the lights color inside the room instead of warm light were cold white lights which makes the room look like a butcher house .
