Charmantes Hotel in verwunschener Altstadt
Pros:

Insgesamt der Charme des geschichtsträchtigen Hotels, dass sich wunderbar in den Charakter von Monschau einfügt. Es ist ein wenig Retro, aber ehrlich und sehr ordentlich und mit Liebe zum Detail in einem perfektem Zustand. Auch das Frühstück war sehr lecker.

Cons:

Es ist eben ein geschichtsträchtiges Hotel und die Wände haben aber nicht die heute von modernen Hotels erwartete sehr starke Zimmerdämmung. Problem war es für mich nicht!

One time was enough
Pros:

Nice place in the centre of Monschau.

Cons:

Parking: the staff wrote me that the distance is 200m but actually it is 450m (verified by Google-Maps).
They put me in the 4th floor (no elevator) although the hotel was half-empty.
The staff is not what you expect nowadays.

Rustykalny hotel o niezapomnianym klimacie, położony w pięknym, doskonale zachowanym miasteczku z muru pruskiego. Właściciel hotelu świetnie mówi i polsku. Nie ma najmniejszych problemów z zameldowaniem. Serwowane są też doskonałe śniadania z dobrą kawą.

Cons:

Kłopot z parkowaniem samochodów. Jest właściwie tylko parking miejski... Brak jest zatem wystarczającej liczby miejsc parkingowych. Oczywiście jest to podyktowane przepisami przeciwpożarowymi, ale miejsc powinno być więcej.

hyggelig sted, med godt vertskap
Pros:

Stedet ligger i gamlebyen og "midt i smørøyet". Det er tilgjengelig parkering 300 m unna, og det er lurt og reise direkte dit da det er veldig trangt ved hotellet. frokosten var helt nydelig.

Cons:

Skulle vært opplyst om parkering ved bestilling, så jeg ikke kjørt inn i gamlebyen. Husk også at det er tax her som skal betales kontant

Дуже сподобався дизайн готелю, були зручні ліжка, до речі сніданок був смачний, розташування прям в центрі старого міста, паркінг в 6 хвилинах,ванна кімната була дуже чиста, і якщо вам набридлі звичайні готелі, я раджу вам завітати сюди, ми були тут лише на одну ніч,але залишись дуже задоволені, і приємно вражені,

Verouderd, maar wel heel schoon. Goed ontbijt en goede lokatie. Prijs/kwaliteit is redelijk

De kamer was schoon en het ontbijt was uitgebreid en goed

Cons:

We werden door een wat norse gastheer ontvangen. Het hotel is erg verouderd ingericht. Ondanks dat buiten aan de muur de menukaart hing, bleek het restaurant gesloten wegens personeelstekort.

Heerlijk hotel, lekker gedateerd maar prima onderhouden en brandschoon.

Superschoon, persoonlijke service en authentiek interieur :)

Cons:

Er zijn weinig vegetarische of plantaardige opties bij het ontbijt, maar ja, dat valt wel een beetje te verwachten in deze regio.

Ein sehr gutes Frühstück mit wunderschönem Geschirr und liebevoll gedecktem Tisch. Die Lage war sehr zentral. Das Zimmer für uns völlig ausreichend. Alles sehr alt, aber gepflegt.

Cons:

Leider war das Restaurant nicht geöffnet.
