Big room and very good location, but slightly old fashioned.
Pros:

Very good central location. Room was very big.

Cons:

A little old fashioned, the floors were creaking every time someone walked and there was no shower gel or shampoo.

Staff are rude. They don’t need to be sarcastic to the customer. No shampoo in the room. No air conditioning in the room.

Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Fußgängerzone fußläufig erreichbar. Check-in war problemlos.Zimmer ist groß. Es gab einen Wasserkocher, Tassen, Gläser und einen kleinen Kühlschrank.

Cons:

Dicke Staubflusen unter den Betten. Frühstück gab es nicht, obwohl in der Beschreibung angegeben. Pflegemittel im Bad bestanden aus drei kleinen Stückchen Seife. Teebeutel, Kaffee etc. nicht vorhanden.

Nicht noch einmal dieses Hotel!

Die Lage mit der Nähe zum Park und zur Innenstadt - mehr aber auch nicht!

Cons:

Sauberkeit, dicke Staubschicht plus alte Zigarettenkippe unter dem Bett, Steckdose defekt, elektrische Geräte (Mini Kühlschrank) mangelhaft - hat geheizt und nicht gekühlt und dadurch unsere Vorräte verdorben, Toilettentür schließt nicht und steht offen mit direkten Blick aufs Bett, die Zusammenstellung der Farben und Einrichtung ist kein guter Stil und wirkt eher geschmacklos und teils sehr heruntergekommen alt und abgenutzt - dadurch nicht modern. Auf den Fluren roch es muffig und unsere Nachricht an die Unterkunft mit den Hinweis auf all die genannten Mängel blieb unbeantwortet. Ein finanzielles Entgegenkommen wäre mehr als angebracht gewesen da sich niemand um uns die Beseitigung gekümmert hat.

Cons:

Normalerweise ist der Check-out um 11:00 Uhr, wir hatten jedoch einen Late Check-out bis 12:00 Uhr vereinbart. Trotzdem wurde bereits um 10:30 Uhr an unsere Tür geklopft und wir wurden geweckt.

Obwohl wir mehrfach erklärt haben, dass wir bis 12:00 Uhr bleiben dürfen, kam das Zimmerpersonal danach weiterhin etwa alle 15 Minuten vorbei und forderte uns unfreundlich auf, das Zimmer zu verlassen. Das Verhalten war sehr unangenehm, respektlos und absolut unprofessionell.

Zusätzlich hatte das Zimmer keine Klimaanlage und die Luft im Zimmer war sehr schlecht. Vor allem im Sommer ist das dadurch sehr ungemütlich und der Aufenthalt insgesamt wenig angenehm.

So etwas haben wir bisher noch nie erlebt. Sehr enttäuschend – wir werden nicht wiederkommen.
