A lovely, cozy and convenient hotel with a special personality.
Pros:

I did not have breakfast. The location is excellent. The cozy ambience of the hotel made me feel comfortable and at home. Every staff member was kind, helpful and very friendly. Morning coffee excellent. Lovely gesture to prove bath salts, amenities of natural quality. Love the display of beautiful artisan pottery. Like the support of artists. The small touches make a huge difference.

I have just checked into a 5 star hotel for the conference I am attending. I prefer the Sakura Fleur. I will be back.

Staff super gentile e pronto a risolvere ogni problema. Il servizio di spedizione bagagli è stato impeccabile. Posizione comoda alla metro.

リーズナブルで良かった
Pros:

リーズナブルなら値段だったけど、全然問題なく泊まれた。一見古そうに見えるが特に問題なく良かった。スタッフが親切で、傘も貸し出してもらえました。

Cons:

入口の階段が避けられないので、スーツケース、ベビーカー、足の痛い人などは、出入りがけっこう大変。

Great base for exploring Tokyo!
Pros:

The staff on reception were lovely and friendly, offering a bottle of water at the end of each day was a nice touch. The rooms were a good size for Shibuya central and the location is excellent

Cons:

The room smelt a tad damp, likely due to the fact it needs a bit of modernising but for a three star hotel it was fine for our budget and itinerary
