Due the condition of the property and the smell of cigarette smoke I do not recommend nonsmokers to stay here. However,

Cons:

The property was old. Smoking was allowed in the rooms and I could smell cigarette smoke in my nonsmoking room that truly made me sick; as it engulfed my room. It was so toxic I had to leave asap.

Locatie is echt perfect in deze prijs klasse. Het personeel is ook heel behulpzaam.

A great budget-friendly option in Tokyo
Pros:

Excellent value for money in a convenient Shibuya location. The staff were very friendly and the 24/7 reception was a huge plus, especially when checking in and out at odd hours. Clean, comfortable and had everything I needed for a short stay.

Cons:

The rooms are quite small and you can occasionally hear noise from the foyer and hallway areas.
