Conveniently located and good value for your money
Pros:

Although the place is a bit old, everything was clean and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We like the fact they have a security guard patrolling the parking lot at night. Good location right downtown and a block from the malecón.

Cons:

Everything was good. We’ll stay there again on our way back.

I felt we should have gotten a partial refund, and mentioned it, but was never given.
Pros:

VERY VERY NOISY! We had to wear ear plugs. Breakfast was in the hallway with a little fridge, and they brought out some bread and cookies. Only sweet cereal in teeny tiny bowls. Definitely not what I expected with what was called a "continental breakfast".

Cons:

The air conditioner didn't work. TV didn't work. When we took a shower the hot water would not shut off. Each time we had to walk across the street, up 2 flights of stairs and down a long hallway. We had to move to another room once we were all settled in for the night. Coffee maker in the morning..... the water would not go through. I had to take a spoon and press on the coffee bundle to get some coffee. TV fuzzy and only 2 english stations. New room air con worked. We paid WAY too much for this room. Not reommended.

Pros:

Close to malecon and ez to get to the restaurant. Security at night is appreciated. Rooms are old but we're clean.

La ubicacion

Cons:

Ell hotel muy viejo y desgastadas todas las instalaciones, camas muy duras , nada comodas desde la oficina para el chek inn tienes que subir 3 pisos, no te permiten que nadie se valla a tú habitación , no puedes estacionarse fuera del parking que según ellos te toca, , por que al dueno no le gusta, no hay relación precio al lugar.
