Solo les falta un restaurante nocturno

El habitación es bastante simple así como el servicio, realmente lo que vale la pena es el balneario, en la noche no hay nada que hacer ahí y no hay transporte que te lleve al centro de la población ni siquiera me podían conseguir un taxi, aunque retirado no está y se puede ir caminando solo teniendo mucho cuidado ya que un perro nos atacó pero no pasó del susto, se camina por la orilla de la carretera un tramo y está muy solo.

Muy limpio, muy lindo pero al saber que hicimos reservación con Expedia el trato fue diferente nos pusieron en una habitación muy lejos del acceso principal tuve que pagar extra en el frontdesk para que nos cambiaran a una habitación mas cerca ya que la que originalmente nos dieron no tenia refrigeración y en la plataforma decia que si había AC pero solo tenia un abanico de techo, aese hotel siempre llegabamos y hacíamos la reserva directo pero ahora que los hicimos atraves de expedia el trato fue pésimo

Great location with swimming pools and restaurants. Staff was friendly and helpful. No WI-FI for kids was a bummer, they need to specify it on the booking page. Also, no air conditioning was brutal for hot nights. On the last night before check out, they started to clean the pools with pressure washer around 6 am, so no quiet sleep during morning…

Great place for families with children

Parking was limited space, check out was an act of congress in the sense that I had to do a lot of steps. Room did not come with Air conditioning I had to pay extra for that. Staff at the counter were very low tone and I did not feel welcomed.

My husband and I enjoyed the spa package. It’s great and very reasonable in price. The hotel is a bit expensive for condition of rooms. Restaurant and amenities are great!

The amenities is the main reason I stay here. The Spa and Aquatic area are wonderful. I have been to other locations in the area & always run into a few hot spring tubs out of service & or just not enough staffing to maintain, but this location is good. I have never ran into shutdowns and they keep up their property. The hotel rooms are good not the best but they are good enough to sleep and rest in. When I go to this property I don't spend anytime in the room so just the fact that the room is clean and convininet is good for me. The area is safe and the amenities are top notch.
