Excellent service and a great location, but the breakfast could be improved.

The service was excellent, and the staff were very helpful, especially Lucas. The hotel’s location was also excellent.

convenient location- should have chosen an area near the bund -would have added scenery to our stay

not enough choices of free drinks in the fridge. needed to go to the lounge for everything. food and drinks at lounge also not good enough for the price we paid. in then end we bought in drinks from outside.

また２つ部屋を予約したのに、１部屋しか予約できていないと言われ最初戸惑った。だがすぐに手配してくれた。
