Ein tolles Hotel mit sehr zuvorkommendem Personal. Die Betten sind hervorragend ebenso wie Fitnessraum und Pool. Das Hotel ist definitiv zu empfehlen für einen kurzen Stadtbesuch.

This was our favorite hotel during our trip to Shanghai. Everything was excellent from the moment we arrived until we checked out. The location is outstanding, situated in the heart of Shanghai near the intersection of Xizang Middle Road and Nanjing East Road, within walking distance of People’s Square, Nanjing Road, and The Bund, where you can enjoy breathtaking views of the famous Oriental Pearl Tower and Shanghai’s skyline.
The rooms were spotless and cleaned every day to a very high standard. The breakfast was one of the best we had in Shanghai, with an excellent selection of European and international dishes.
The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional. A special advantage is that the reception staff speak English, which is quite rare in Shanghai and made everything much easier.
Whenever possible, the hotel was happy to provide early check-in and late check-out, which we really appreciated.
We would also like to give special thanks to Mr. Eamon at the reception for his outstanding assistance during both check-in and check-out. He was incredibly professional, kind, and helpful.
Another big thank you to the hotel staff for allowing us to store our luggage for several days while we traveled to other parts of China before returning to stay at the hotel again. This made our trip much easier, as we didn’t have to carry all our luggage with us.
The security deposit paid at check-in was refunded without any issues. If you pay via Alipay, just be aware that the refund may take 2–3 days to appear.
We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Shanghai.
