Pros:

Reception, concierge, bellboy and breakfast staff were professional, friendly and helpful. Location was excellent - close to Nanjing Road and other tourist sites.

Cons:

Un hotel muy bien ubicado, espacioso. Con excelente personal y servicio.

El hotel supero nuestras expectativas, muy bien ubicado cerca de people's Square y Nanjing Road, muy buen desayuno... Atención excelente, destacar en recepción a Ellie, con la que conicidimos tanto en nuestr check-in como check-out y nos atendió muy bien, tuvo un detalle con los pequeños y nos facilitó poder acceder a la habitación con anticipación para dormir algo y superar el jet lag. Sin duda volveríamos encantados!

Exceptional stay with amazing staff
Pros:

I have been staying at this hotel every time I visit Shanghai because of its unbeatable location and consistently friendly staff. However, my most recent check-in experience was truly on another level.
I had the pleasure of being assisted by Grace Song during check-in. As a Marriott Bonvoy Platinum member, I had several specific requests, and Grace went above and beyond to listen and find the best possible solutions for me. Her professionalism and ability to suggest the most optimal options made this the most satisfying check-in experience I’ve ever had.
The staff here are always wonderful, but Grace’s dedicated service really stood out. I genuinely hope to see her again on my next visit to Shanghai. Highly recommended for anyone looking for top-tier service!

Shanghai szívében!
Pros:

Nagyon elégedettek voltunk a tartózkodásunkkal. Már reggel 6-kor megérkeztünk, és a recepciósok rendkívül segítőkészek voltak: bár a bejelentkezés csak 14 órától lett volna esedékes, már 10-kor átvehettük a szobánkat. A hotel tiszta és kellemes illatú, a szobáink is rendben voltak, bár egy felújítás lassan ráférne az épületre.
A szobák kiosztása rugalmas; érdemes a recepción kedvesen elbeszélgetni az igényeinkről, mert a segítőkész személyzeten múlik, ki kap magasabb emeleti szobát. Mi a 29. emeleten kaptunk egy két franciaágyas szobát, ahol két gyerekkel is kényelmesen elfértünk, a kilátás pedig lenyűgöző volt.
Az elhelyezkedés egyszerűen hibátlan: a Nanjing Road és a New World City (remek éttermekkel) közvetlen szomszédságban van. A híres Huanghe Road autentikus étkezdéi és a People's Square metróállomás is sétatávolságra található (utóbbi akár a bevásárlóközponton keresztül is elérhető). Eredetileg 4 napra jöttünk, de annyira tetszett a környék és a kényelem, hogy maradtunk még 4 napot. Családosoknak ajánlom, mert kevés a 4 fős szoba van Shanghaiban...

Cons:

Apró negatívumként annyit említenék, hogy a berendezésen már látszik a használat, például a WC-ajtó lötyögött és nem záródott, de bejelentés után másnapra meg is javították. A liftekre néha várni kell a telítettség miatt, a medence és jacuzzi pedig egyszerű, de nagy előny, hogy ingyenesen használható. Összességében nagyon jól éreztük magunkat!"

Pros:

Excellent location, and great hotel overall. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding and extremely generous.

Cons:

Rooms feel a bit dated (and corporate). Not a problem necessarily, but they could use some updating (for example introducing some usb/usbc ports next to the bedside table)
