Pros:

Lo mejor de todo, un desayuno excepcional, una variedad excelente con mucha calidad.
Buena ubicación cercana al bund.

Cons:

Para un hotel de la calidad y las fotos de la habitación, esperaba una habitación más grande, para 4 personas no fue tan confortable como otros hoteles parecidos.

sehr komfortables Hotel in bester Lage
Pros:

super Lage, fußläufig zur Nanjing Street East, ebenfalls fußläufig zum People's Square mit vielen Restaurants, Cafes und zur U-Bahn Station People's Square, die in einer Mall liegt, ebenfalls mit vielen Essensangeboten.
Das Hotel hatte den erwarteten Standard, mit einem schönen großen Badezimmer.
Ellie von der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und Aiden, der uns mit dem Gepäck geholfen hat, war super hilfsbereit.
Wir bekamen ein Upgrade und hatten eine tolle Aussicht.

Pros:

L'emplacement est très central, à 2 pas du métro "people square".
La chambre était grande et agréable. Clim plutôt silencieuse et efficace

Cons:

Difficulté et perte de temps à l'arrivée du fait d'un écart de prix entre booking et la demande de la réception

WC pas propre lors de notre arrivée (mais pas de problème les jours suivants)

Great location, quality needs to be consistent.

The location is amazing

Cons:

We stayed before and it was great. The second time we stayed the bedding was dirty when we arrived, the bathroom smelled bad no matter how often they cleaned it, there was an electrical problem and we were double charged but luckily caught the mistake.
