This was our 2nd time staying at this location and it was another great experience! Stay are always so nice and informative! Breakfast is top notch and not cheap food products! Huge variety! Rooms are very nice and roomy. Tv stations are plentiful!
Nice stay,Good breakfast n courteous staff.Neat and clean.Only problem is that they change Towels n Bedsheets alternate day only.

What I didn’t like about the property no pool
We have never stayed in a Townsuites by Marriot before and this is a very nice hotel. Beds are comfortable and rooms are extremely spacious. The lighting in bathroom and room were great compared to so many now that you can barely see. Great breakfast included in great price! I highly recommend this place to stay at!
This is a great spot to stay near downtown Bham w/ the convenience of being right off 65.

The property was great but my wife and I slept two nights without A/C. We reported it and made them aware at the front desk, they said that they would report it and take care of it but it never happened. Having to spend two nights without A/C affected my wife physically and emotionally.
It was just a bad unfortunity experience.
