Pros:

Le personnel à l'accueil et le logement, propre et confortable.

Cons:

L'inaction du personnel face à un groupe de personnes très bruyantes et en fin de soirée (23 h 30 passés), au niveau du bar, et manifestement alcoolisées. Vu l'heure et la proximité avec certaines chambres, dont la nôtre, ce type de comportement devrait être interdit et immédiatement stoppé par le personnel. Heureusement que nous avions des bouchons d'oreilles...

Le confort du lit et l'emplacement

Cons:

Manque de plateau convivial dans la chambre et '' mini bar '' plus le petite déjeuner au lit aurais étais parfait pour le prix et les étoile de l'hôtel.

Pros:

It is a building site. I arrived after 11 pm and was put in an adjacent building, given two keys one for the lift which is not working, no signage of how to get into the building so had to go back to reception for help, the receptionist was very helpful and came with me to show me to my room

Should not be using adjacent building whilst work is being carried out

Good stop with dogs.
Pros:

Great room for travelling with dogs as it was on the ground floor and accessible from the outside. Secure dog park opposite the hotel.

Cons:

The staff seemed stressed and there seemed to be only one member managing the bar and dining area. The food was tasty but could have done with being warmer.

Parfait pour un séjour orienté sur la course des 24 heures du Mans.
Pros:

Excellent accueil de tous les membres du personnel. Situation idéale par rapport au circuit des 24 heures du Mans, avec une terrasse privative qui donne une belle vue sur le virage de Mulsane.

Good restaurant food catered for vegans. Free EV charging on site (eight EV charge points at 7kW I think).

Cons:
