Super séjour merci 🙏
Pros:

Le calme, la simplicité et le personnel très sympa

Cons:

L’horaire tardif 8 h pour le petit déjeuner . 7 h aurait mieux surtout quand on prévoit derrière des excursions à partir tôt dans les montagnes . Merci

Pros:

Nos encantó la vista de la habitación. La habitación era bastante amplia y el desayuno estaba bien. Las horas del check-in son bastante flexibles.

Cons:

No nos gustó que fuesen dos camas separadas ni las pocas plazas del parking. De resto estuvo muy bien.

Pros:

El hotel está viejo pero limpio, y las camas son cómodas. La habitación tiene una mini cocina, con nevera y un mini congelador con hielo

Cons:

El personal, no demasiado amable.
El buffet, de poca calidad. El desayuno tiene muchas cosas pero muy pensada para el turista.

A hotel with great staff and excellent breakfasts and dinners, but the photos don’t fully match real
Pros:

The hotel looks better in the photos than it does in real life. The building itself has clearly seen better days and feels a bit outdated. However, the staff are simply wonderful - the receptionists are very friendly, the room was cleaned every day, and the towels were replaced regularly. On our last day they even made a towel figure and wished us a good trip, which was very sweet.

We booked breakfast and dinner at the hotel. I had read many reviews beforehand, and the opinions were very different. Now it’s my turn to say: it was wow! The dishes changed every day - there was chicken, beef/pork, fish, seafood, various pastries and desserts, and unlimited wine! There was always something to eat, and one evening they even had an Italian-themed dinner. The only thing I noticed was that many of the dishes were quite fatty.

The staff in the dining room was simply 10/10. They cleared empty plates almost immediately, everything was always clean and tidy, and any food that ran out was quickly replaced.

Cons:

The room itself didn’t look like it did in the photos (they definitely used Photoshop to make it look better). It was okay for a couple of days, but on the first day we were quite disappointed by what we saw. The view from the window and the food at breakfast and dinner helped make up for it :)

The room was also quite cold. The floors were cold as well, so I would recommend bringing slippers. There was no temperature control in the room, and the windows were quite drafty.

Although the hotel has two elevators, we stayed on the 8th floor and sometimes had to wait a long time (because about 95% of the guests are retirees and they often called the elevator from floor 0 to -1).

The hotel also has a pool (but it was cold, so we didn’t swim). At the reception they told me it was heated, but when I touched the water I wouldn’t say it felt like a comfortable temperature.

Also, if you book a room with a mountain view rather than a sea view, be prepared that there is a football field nearby. Children play there from around 6:00 PM until about 10:30 PM, which can be quite noisy. Because of this, parking can also be difficult. The hotel has its own parking area, but it is almost always full. We usually parked on the slope near the football field (literally a one-minute walk from the hotel), but on some days it was very crowded and it was impossible to find a spot until around 10:30 PM, when the children finished playing and left with their parents.

Saubere Zimmer, große Zimmer, gutes Bett, tolle Dusche. Sehr gepflegt. Buffet ausreichend

Etwas wenig Parkplätze aber beim Sportplatz oberhalb war immer was frei.

Fijn hotel met mooi uitzicht
Pros:

Kamer was erg ruim & een heel mooi uitzicht vanaf het balkon. Gratis pendel bus naar Puerto de la Cruz was ook top geregeld. Ontbijt prima maar wel ieder dag hetzelfde. Personeel was erg aardig en als je veel weg bent raad ik het hotel aan

Cons:

Parkeren is een drama want ze hebben veel te weinig parkeerplaatsen. Kamer word niet goed schoongemaakt, enkel de bedden worden iedere dag netjes gemaakt en nieuwe handdoeken. Luchtverfrisser word gespoten maar verder niks. Ik moest vragen om afwasmiddel en een spons om zelf onze glazen schoon te kunnen maken. Verder is het een oude mensen hotel, niet veel te beleven maar misschien ligt dat aan het seizoen.
