Cons:

On the last day I realised that the door lock did not function. And that someone had entered into the room when I wasn’t there. Which freaked me out.

I had to checkout early and did not get a chance to talk to someone on the front desk.

It's was ok but not what was expected

Room was cosy and clean and spacious enough

Cons:

The photos provided on the booking app did not meet the room I was given. No balcony and the accommodation was not on the docklands but across the road, view was of a police station, very disappointed, I had booked this room based on the description on booking.com for my parents 55th wedding anniversary only for them to have a view of a police station and not actually booking on the docklands, advertising is very misleading
