・スタッフはフレンドリーで話やすかった
・シャワー等に関する苦情に対して真摯に対応してくれた

・シャワーからお湯が出なかったので、部屋を変更してもらった。移った部屋ではお湯が暑すぎたので、適切な温度で適切な湯量が出てこない。レセプションで他の宿泊客もシャワーの件について苦情を言っていたので、そもそもボイラーや水量制御ができていないと思う
・廊下がカーペットなので、カビ臭かった
・部屋の臭い、廊下の臭いがカビ等の臭いで臭かった
・部屋の広さは適切だが、ベッドに備え付けの電気が付かなかった
・夜ごはんの量が値段の割に少なかった
・交通量が多いので車の騒音が比較的うるさい

Stay was good in general.
Pros:

the hotel is secured - it has fence and high fence/gate.
staffs are friendly and supportive.
The surrounding of the hotel is calm & quiet.

Cons:

It's not that I did not like BUT this is more of a suggestion/s for improvement.
1. Can consider installing a bidet in the rest room. I was at room 210 from June 9 to 12.
2. The door lock of the toilet is broken (need fixing).
3. The handle of the cabinet is also broken.
4. Lighting on the bed HB is not working.

Don’t stay here. Hotel needs a refurb. I spent one of the 14 nights i originally intended to stay

Dated room disgusting bathroom. At N250k per night it was not worth it all all. Hotel in desperate need of a refurb. It’s tired and dated!!!

We loved our stay at VCP we will surely be back soon.
Pros:

Lovely rooms as pictured, great location, good security and nice staff. The breakfast was also good.

Cons:

A little more attention to detail with cleaning is required otherwise overall pretty good.

The rooms are very spacious and clean. Colors in the room and the decor are very regal. The air conditioner is in perfect condition. The staff were very nice too.

Check in was a bit rude and the hotel charged my credit card twice for the booking. The hotel is old. Towels were a bit smelly and the carpets look like they're 50 years old and stained.
