Needs upgrades and maintenance!!
Pros:

The views of the water were of course wonderful. Bed was comfortable and sheets were clean and floors seemed clean. Staff were friendly, pleasant and polite.

Cons:

Broken cabinets, phones, window treatments, locks on entry door to my room and sliding glass door, dirty vents, dirty lampshades, etc….. Maintenance definitely needs to be done and I don’t see how you could ever pass an inspection.

Love It!
Pros:

Ease of check-in was great! The views are outstanding. We've stayed here before.
Balcony is great for views in the am and pm. The restaurant next door is convenient. The mini kitchen with its own sink is great! The bathroom is a nice set-up sink area is separate from shower and toilet.

Cons:

Tiny area for Continental breakfast.
Mattresses had no cover on them.

Overall comfortable stay close to the water with the ability to fish off the pier. Great seafood restaurant next door
Pros:

Bayfront rooms facing the sunrise and sunsets!

Cons:

I placed the “service please” door tag sign and housekeeping did not clean the room. The facility needs an upgrade seems a bit outdated.

Loved the location and staffing, beautiful views
Pros:

Loved the view and the location. The staff was amazing and very helpful especially when my Husband and Son got stung by Jellyfish they were very knowledgeable and sincere.

Cons:

The only thing I would say could use some improvement was the cleanliness in the room which wasnt hateful just seen some things left in bedrooms from the last stays and the furniture on the balcony is not in the best shape with our balcony floor needs attention as well. But overall we loved it and loved the separate rooms as well. My husband and I loved it so much we booked an adult weekend away there for Labor day weekend.

Pros:

The location was super peaceful and relaxing. The staff were very nice. The view was amazing every morning and having a balcony on the room was great.

Cons:

We didnt have cable on got 2-3 channels. And when asked about it the staff says it just depends on whether the cable os working. The room smelled funny unpon entry and everytime we left and came back. We didn't have any hot water the 2nd morning there but the manager offered to fix that right away with putting us in another room. Breakfast was the bare minimum but was available. Ice machine was not working and the excuse was they have been busy this week. Though the location was relaxing it was completely out of the way from everything. Hotel really could use alot of upgrades as far as everything.

Exceeded my expectations and clean. Very affordable.
Pros:

Very clean! My expectations are always on the lower side for cleanliness at hotels and this place honestly exceeded that. No weird smells and mysterious stains on everything. I was really impressed. Cleanliness is definitely my number one priority when staying at a hotel. The breakfasts was also great with multiple options and the coffee wasn’t burnt which always seems to be the case at hotels.

Cons:

The exhaust fan in the bathroom was making a horrible loud ticking noise first thing in the morning that woke us up unfortunately. The Tv was very small and only had a few channels that we could find with extremely low quality, but honestly the draw is the water and the enjoyment of the view.
