Pros:

Excellent location, very peaceful and a relaxing stay. The staff was very helpful and I appreciate the help that they provided getting me in my room. Also the restaurant next door has great food also. I will definitely recommend staying here .

The event was wonderful except for the unnecessary walking to/from your hotel.
Pros:

Breakfast was what was expected

Cons:

Participation in local historical event; had to walk to hotel from over the bridge to the island because local contract transportation was not allowed to stop at the hotel as it passed by both coming and going attending the event, which was a 250th recognition if our nations participation.

Very relaxing . Room was great! Value was good!

At least the view was nice.
Pros:

I loved the view and the Ruddy Duck Seafood and Alehouse had great food.

Cons:

The bathroom had an unsecured shower rod. The railing for the balcony was loose. There wasn't a safe, the linens had holes and spots. There wasn't a desk or chair in the room. There wasn't a radio in the room and the flat-screen TV was so tiny and it had terrible reception. The hairdryer nearly fell off the wall in the bathroom. The room desperately needs to be repainted and a new rug. We had to request additional Toilet paper and finally the stairwell was filled with flies and other insects.
