Pros:

Das Hotel war sauber, die Betten sehr gut und das Personal sehr freundlich. Die Lage im 11 Arrondissement war super, kurze Distanzen zum ÖPNV, viele schöne Lokale im Umfeld.

more a 2 stars hotel - elevator does not reach the floors but halfway in the staircase.

The location and basically only the location.

Cons:

This is NOT a 4 stars hotel, even for Paris. Common areas are outdated and so old that some parts like walls and carpet look gross. Rooms are VERY SMALL. if you have a big luggage, prepare to jump over it when you need to move. Bathroom was so tiny that there was no room to open the shower door completely: Bathroom had mold. But the worse part is not even that - the elevator stops HALFWAY BETWEEN FLOORS!! Hence one needs to take the stairs anyway. Tiny, turning, unsafe stairs…. Last but not least, it would be nice if staff could be informed about basics as how to pay for parking in the street. Thankfully there is chatgp! We will not get back.

A stylish hotel overlooking a beautiful square, a chance to live like a Parisian.
Pros:

Gardette Park Hotel overlooks Square Gardette with it’s beautiful Chestnut trees now in full bloom. Our room was stylishly decorated and very comfortable . Blessed with beautiful weather we were able to sit out on the small balcony as if we were Parisians .

Cons:

There are a couple of things to be aware of as they can not be remediated. The lift is small and lands between floors and the stairs are winding old fashioned and may not be suitable for some guests.

We liked the location and our room was compact but fine, clean and very good bed

It was in a good location with great restaurants nearby

The stairs were steep and I worried about getting out in a hurry. There was no sitting room.
