Pros:

Situato in una strada laterale molto tranquilla a due passi dalla fermata metro raspal. Camera pulita accogliente con tutto il necessario. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, personale gentile e disponibile. Market sulla strada e qualche localino per cene non molto dispendiose.

Cons:

Bagno un po' piccolino, water troppo vicino al lavandino

The Istria was a good choice.
Pros:

The woman at the desk was exceptionally helpful. It was a pleasure dealing with her. The other persons were also very professional.

Cons:

Its what I expected. No more no less. Although it was noisy at night in particular. Walls are paper thin.

Great value for money in a central and nice area of Paris for a lovely stay :)
Pros:

Modern, clean, cozy and functional place to stay. We spent 3 nights, the house keeping and staff kindness really made our stay.

Cons:

Clean and functional bathroom with a very small sink in the corner. Firm mattress but double bed made of two single ones pushed together offered a not negligible canyon in the middle, making sleep not so comfortable.
