Beautiful design with amazing views. Fantastic stay.
Pros:

amazing location, beautiful design and well kept grounds and gardens. Incredible views over the valley. Fantastic helpful staff.

Cons:

The pools can be a bit cold in the autumn sun but that is about it.

Für die Lage und die Ausstattung ein empfehlenswertes Hotel.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt direkt neben dem Weingut Delaire Graff und hat somit eine gute Lage .
Tolle Zimmer mit tollem Blick , sehr bemühtes Personal . Frühstück aussergewöhnlich gut .
Wir konnten nach dem late check out noch 3 Stunden dort bleiben.

Cons:

Poolarea überschaubar , Pool nicht besonders gross aber ausreichend.

We booked for four nights which was one too long. Wonderful breakfast.

Cons:

Very large comfortable villa . Great facilities within but we were disappointed with the bathroom..if I had swung my proverbial “cat” in it then it would be dead. Why they had such a large lounge and tiny bathroom with no hanging space or horizontal surfaces to place wash bags beats me. Just bad design
Well stocked fridge with plenty of water and free cokes and beers.
One hint for breakfast …the chef cannot count. If you ask for one sausage or one egg you will get two without fail !!

Wonderful location / view - lack of hot water and mgr behaviour.

The view - the comfortable sun-beds and stunning bedrooms.

Cons:

Our greeting and service from management was polite but we took the impression he was annoyed with us. Twice ‘flounced off’ when dealing with us.

But then returned refreshed and smiling. - very strange . In the service industry you have to deal with it.

A real shame was for a £350 a night room
There was no hot water to shower or bath and this was known issue on checkin. We didn’t discover until asking in the morning.

I think if my hotel or I was the manager I might have offered a 20% discount - refund to my guests.

We appreciate things happen but again your guests are deserving.

The ladies in the restaurant / bar are lovely.

tolle Lage mit Aussicht auf die Weinberge, moderne geschmackvolle Einrichtung der Zimmer sowie des gesamten Gebäudes, Service mit allen Annehmlichkeiten, vorzügliches Essen, es gibt sehr gute eigene Weine, die wir während unseres Aufenthaltes probieren konnten; zwei weitere bekannte Weingüter können fußläufig erreicht werden

In de wolken
Pros:

Prachtig uitzicht bij t zwembad en van onze luxe kamer. Heerlijk uitgebreid ontbijt. Buffet voor het koude en het warme wordt gevraagd. Fruit, yoghurt, granola, broodjes perfect.
Vriendelijk personeel. Soms ben je afhankelijk van andere gasten. Wij hadden er zo een die vond dat ze recht had op 3 ligbedden met parasol aan het zwembad. Wij waren even in t restau lunchen en hadden op 1 bed in schaduw onze spullen gelegd. Je raad het al, na de korte lunch (40min) was mn plekkie aan de arrogante bully dame gegeven. K heb geen stennis gemaakt maar wel aan managment meegedeeld dat ik het niet correct vond dat zulke mensen hun zin krijgen

Heerlijke kamer, bedden top, badkamer ruim.
