This is my fourth trip to theLAB, and as always, it was a wonderful stay. Rozaan is always accomodating and Ignatius was very kind as always. I can't wait to return with my entire family to experience this hidden gem.

Amazing, exceded my expectations.
Pros:

loved the hot tub that was already warm when we got there, the staff went the extra mile as it was our aneversary and we got rose petals and a bottle of bubbly. it was amazing

A very pleasant stay by.
Pros:

I thought they are a winner. A choice of I think 5 choices. Makes it easy. Tasty pre breakfast delights.
Dinner was also tasty despite my order being wrong. Fabulous wine. Location quiet and pretty.

Cons:

We liked the whole experience but for the coffee machine not working in our room. Also, the bar fridge was under the bedside table. I switched it off for the night.

warm, friendly and amazing staff. great meals and definitely for dog lovers.
Pros:

lovely location although still a 10 minute drive to Robertson itself. Stunning scenery and fully equipped to not have to travel anywhere during your stay.

Cons:

The dogs have a free run of the entire estate and although they don't really venture to where you sleep they certainly will be with you in the restaurant during meals and any other activities. This wasn't really a dislike at all as my family are dog lovers so we adored this but we did notice other guests not too happy with this so it's worth noting.

Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich, Jacuzzi ist klein aber schön. Landschaft wunderschön.

Cons:

Es wird viel Fokus auf Technik gelegt, dabei scheint der Blick für das wesentliche verloren gegangen zu sein. Becher sind zu hoch um unter die Kaffeemaschine zu passen, Zimmertür zu schließen war eine Herausforderung und wenn nur ein Kaffee im Frühstück mit inkludiert ist sollte man das irgendwo lesen können oder zumindest gesagt bekommen.

The Lab will be one of my top recommended accommodations to get away from the city to relax.
Pros:

The Lab was accommodating of an early Check-in to meet our special needs. The staff were friendly and helpful and the location was stunning. It provided both securing and privacy.
