Goed bereikbaar, super vriendelijk personeel, heerlijk eten

Het diner was uitstekend en het ontbijt ook, ons verblijf was fantastisch.

Het geweldig vriendelijke personeel, jong en dynamisch. Zeer klantgericht.
Een personeelslid direct verplaatsen of laten gaan, de bistro manager, die begrijpt niets van gastvrijheid. Dramatisch slechte stempel drukt deze man op de sfeer. Tafel voorkeur aangeven met he schoonouders die komen “kan niet”. Na een dag regen ging de zon schijnen maar “nee we mochten niet op het terras”.
Locatie is super, midden in de veluwe! Veel mooie wandelroutes vanaf het hotel. Ruim parkeerterein.
Bij binnenkomst bleek de badkamer helaas totaal niet schoon te zijn. Er lagen overal haren en het toilet was erg smerig. Na dit gemeld te hebben, kregen we gelukkig wel een compensatie in de vorm van een gratis ontbijt. Het ontbijt kost normaal €32 per persoon en is dat geld ook niet waard.
Daarnaast zijn de kamers duidelijk toe aan renovatie en voelen ze kil aan. De douche, het bad en de wastafel zijn niet erg praktisch. Een doucheslang ontbrak bovendien. Het water in de wastafel liep erg moeizaam weg. Ook de televisie viel tegen: deze was klein en geen smart-tv. De afstandsbediening was bovendien erg vies. Balkon is leuk maar was ook erg smerig, veel vogelpoep en bladeren, ook op het meubilair.
Voor de prijs die je betaalt, vonden wij de kwaliteit en hygiëne helaas erg teleurstellend. Ondanks de geboden compensatie zouden wij hier niet snel opnieuw verblijven. Voor ons dan ook niet voor herhaling vatbaar.
Prachtige kamer met heerlijk uitzicht over de bossen. We hebben vooral genoten. Eten was super, ontbijt goed, kamers prachtig! Heerlijk!
Ik miste een koelkastje op de kamer. Voor deze prijs had ik dat wel verwacht. Ze hebben kamers met 2 bedden en twee dekens, maar das niet standaard en de badkamer is deels open. zijn vooral ingesteld op stellen, denk ik. Ik was er met mijn zoon van 17. We waren wel blij met een apart toilet.

The room design was a bit too dark, and not very cozy.
De locatie is perfect en de kamers zijn mooi.
Het zwembadwater is aan de koud kant. Voor de rest een netjes hotel.
