Pros:

De locatie en het hotel zijn fantastisch, maar het personeel maakt echt het verschil. Ontzettend vriendelijk en gastvrij. Zulke service vind je bijna nergens meer. Zo konden we echt goed ontspannen.

Incredible friendly team to welcome you for your stay
Pros:

Incredibly warm welcome from the lady on reception when I arrived in the evening. Provided me with plenty of information about the hotel but was just incredibly thoughtful and kind - helping me with my luggage up to the room. The team also helped me with luggage the next morning - they could not have been kinder.

Cons:

Room was a little cold and didn't seem to heat up even after adjusting the thermostat - not the end of the world as I slept like a baby regardless.

Buitengesloten bij terugkomst avondje uit….

Mooie en fijne kamer.

Cons:

Wij zijn na een avondje uit om 23.30 uur teruggekomen bij het hotel. De deur was gesloten en dat bleef deze ook na meerdere keren fysiek bij de deur, en telefonisch (aan)bellen.
Uiteindelijk rond 23.45 uur achterom gaan kijken en troffen daar via een openstaande deur een onbemande keuken aan. Er lagen wel tassen van personeel maar na meerdere keren roepen en kloppen geen gehoor. Via een soort schuifdeur, middels pasje van de kamer, konden we een ruimte verder. Wij dachten er kan van alles gebeurd zijn maar liepen toch verder. Even later kwam er een personeelslid aan, mompelde wat over zijn telefoon en leidde ons verder naar de lounge. Hier zaten drie personeelsleden te borrelen en keken enkel wat verbaasd. Uiteindelijk om 00.00 kwamen we op onze kamer aan.
Ons verhaal bij uitchecken gedeeld, men bleek hierover al ingelicht te zijn, waarna we een doosje bonbons en excuses ontvingen. Wij vinden dit ‘vrij slecht’ voor een 5-sterren hotel waar we ook gedineerd hebben en in de middag geborreld. Wat als de keukendeur niet open had gestaan? Hoe lang hadden we dan nog buiten blijven staan….?

HEERLIJK EN SMAAKT NAAR MEER!
Pros:

Onze gastheer voor het diner was werkelijk fantastisch! Heb er geen woorden voor! Ook bij het ontbjt was de gastheer uitmuntend! Maar Hidde is oprecht briljant in zijn werk!! Uitstekende service!

Het was een heel fijn verblijf op een mooie locatie.
