Important information:

Please note that on Sundays and public holidays, the reception is open from 09:00 to 14:00, check-in after 14:00 or clossing time is only possible on request.

The credit card used for the reservation must be presented at the reception by arrival. Please note that the owner of the credit card used for the reservation must be present at check-in or a power of attorney must be presented.

Please note that twin beds or a double bed are only available by request.
The rooms are standard equipped with two connected single beds.
Please use the Special Requests box in the reservation to indicate which bed type you would (required).

Public parking is possible near the property, a 4-minute walk from the hotel. Reservations are not possible. Parking costs: EUR +/- 16 per day.

For group bookings, a deposit is requested per room booked as a guarantee on the guest's credit card.

For group reservations, it is mandatory to submit a room list of all travelers.

A deposit of EUR 49 may be requested for individual reservations. This is collected via credit card. You will get your money back when you check out. Your deposit is fully refundable to your credit card, subject to a damage inspection of the accommodations.

Comfortable central stay
Pros:

I recently stayed at Parkhotel Gent Centrum and overall I was quite satisfied with my experience. The hotel’s central location made it very easy to explore Gent on foot, and the room was comfortable and clean, which contributed to a pleasant stay.

Cons:

However, one thing I missed in the room was a few complimentary amenities such as bottled water, coffee or tea, and perhaps a small kettle. Having these small comforts available in the room would have made the experience feel more complete and convenient, especially after a long day out in the city.

Hotel is gewoon te duur voor de geleverde kwaliteit.
Pros:

Eigenlijk alleen de locatie. Parkeren in garage Zuid. Vlakbij het hotel. Loopafstand naar veel in Gent.

Cons:

Slechte staat van onderhoud, zichtbaar. Bijvoorbeeld raam op de kamer kon niet open, raamsluiting afgebroken. Kamer op de bovenste verdieping, alleen via een platje buiten en een steile betonnen trap te bereiken.

Zeer goed ontbijt. Vriendelijk ontvangen aan de receptie. Zéér rustig! Ruime kamer en ruime badkamer. Zeer proper. Ideale ligging (bij openbaar vervoer, bij Capitole). Een aanrader!
