Please note that on Sundays and public holidays, the reception is open from 09:00 to 14:00, check-in after 14:00 or clossing time is only possible on request.

Public parking is possible near the property, a 4-minute walk from the hotel. Reservations are not possible. Parking costs: EUR +/- 16 per day.

Vriendelijk personeel, goed bed en hoofdkussen, ontbijt voldoende uitgebreid.
Alles wat je nodig hebt, is aanwezig, maar een opfrisbeurt en nieuw meubilair in de kamers zou welkom zijn.

Good location on a bus route to both stations and short walk to tram + 15 minutes on foot to the centre of Ghent
. Hotel was clean and the breakfast good.
The check in was unnecessarily complicated. We were arriving on a Sunday and were told that reception shut at 1 pm - and that later arrivals would receive a WhatsApp message on the day of arrival with a digital code. It hadn’t arrived by 1pm
and when I phoned the hotel I was told that the code would arrive at ‘about 3’. It wasn’t sent and when I phoned the hotel, the man I spoke to made me feel as if I was being difficult - and then that since it was the first Sunday of the month (a car free day in the city centre) there would be someone at reception until 7 pm - but if he knew that, why not tell me earlier? When we did arrive, the lady at reception was very nice and helpful .
The hotel also shuts its doors at 7.30 each evening - so anyone arriving later needs the code to open the doors - an external door and the door into reception.
We like our room but it had to be reached via two spiral staircases/ - not good for older people.
Leuke plek, zeer goed ontbijt. Ook glutenvrij. Personeel was ontzettend aardig achter de balie.
Dicht bij centrum en de Gent pas is een aanrader. Fietsverhuur is onder de bibliotheek! Alles dichtbij .

Quiet location, staff let me check in to the room early, was very nice!
Ottima colazione con prodotti di qualità. Posizione interessante, 10-15 minuti a piedi sei in pieno centro. Dalla stazione ferroviaria con i vari autobus arrivi in pochi minuti. Il bagno della mia stanza è stato ristrutturato da poco ed era comodo e funzionale.
La struttura è decisamente bella. Unica pecca le scale con gradini dalla pedata piccola non sono molto comode.

Toegang tot de kamers. Oude deuren en vieze deurmatten. Jammer, om dat de rest netjes was.
La habitación muy grande y cómoda. Con pava eléctrica te y cafés. Yo le agregaría un mini bar dentro de la habitación para que sea excelente
Hay que tener en cuenta que es una casa antigua y por tanto no tiene ascensor. Por suerte el personal nos ayudó a subir las valijas sino sería algo engorroso
