Great service, clean, convenient, excellent big pool and great GYM
Property is clean and accommodating. The parking is a mess. At times, so many cars parked in the loading area that you just have to sit there and wait just to get into the parking garage.

I thought it was outdated. Had a strong odor in the room.
Liked that we could get a two bedroom apartment with limited food prep available. Concierge extremely helpful in getting/receiving deliveries from pharmacy and grocery store.

Very clean, convenient and affordable. Rooms were large and laid out well. Enjoyed having conveniences and food options witjin the building.
It was nice
It was very comfortable , clean and roomy. The beds were comfortable, there was ample closet space and storage, and the views from all 3 terraces were spectacular. We were close to many attractions and locations and there is a convenient food strip about 2 blocks away. Staff was friendly.

Had family members staying on different floors so was annoying that the key card would only work for your floor
Shane the pool was shaded so not much sun

Staff are kind and very helpful. However,, Aminities do need renovation, Small things like room water kettle, shower heads are rusty which was unpleasant experience for me.
Facility does not offer plastic bottled water and they offer refilled glass bottle. To me that is not preferable due to hygiene concerns and water source safety.

Bathtub door leaking, they need to replace the bathtub with shower boxes. Not easy to take shower, bathroom need full renovation
