駅からも近く、値段重視の方はおすすめだと思います。
Pros:

シャワーヘッドがお湯を出すとともに外れてしまったがすぐに部屋を変えてくれた。

Cons:

当日は雨が降っていたが窓の外に雨樋？がありそれに当たる音がうるさく雨が止むまで寝れなかった。

Pros:

口コミには風呂にカビがあると書いてありましたが、カビなど無かったですし部屋もとても広かったです。建物の古さはしかたないと思いますが気にしなければ立地と価格で満足してます
