Except for the extra and excessive charging of dates change, the stay was nice.
Pros:

The location was good , staff very cooperative and rooms comfortable

Cons:

They charged us equal to three nights amount for an additional night which we had to add due to last minute plan change. That was a spoiler and was not value for money.

Room a little small and unfortunately we happened to lodge near a smoking room which filled our room with cigarette smell! Yuck. Handled by the hotel

We found this hotel perfect for the city area, near to the lake and it was a nice friendly managed hotel, and it was very good,

Wonderful!
Pros:

Amazing location. The staff was so helpful and kind! The breakfast was diverse and delicious. The tour arranged by the hotel was well done. Kids enjoyed the pool. We were very happy with our stay.

Cons:

There was some street noise at night, but I accept this as the location is central near the lake and walking distance to attractions and restaurants. Hotel provides earplugs to accommodate guests.

Les chambres sont très très petites pour un hotel de 5*, et pour le prix. La literie est peu confortable. Nous y avons séjourné 4 nuits, avec les mêmes petits-déjeuners, et peu de choix pour les spécialités locales.
