Beautiful modern hotel at a great location
Pros:

The location was excellent; the roof top had a great view of Hanoi’s Old Quarter. The breakfast buffet was delicious and all food was fresh.
Staff was friendly and helpful

Cons:

They didn’t allow credit card payment for the rooms. That was a bit disappointing as it wasn’t advertised and I asked them if I’d be able to do this after booking.

We had a wonderful stay in this hotel and highly recommend it.
Pros:

My husband and I had a lovely stay in this hotel. The staff were really helpful and the location was excellent for the area around the lake. The room was clean and the bed and pillows very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. I had requested gluten free food, and they ensured that I knew which foods were gluten free. They even managed to provide gluten free bread for me, although not every day as it was not always available in the specialist baker which made the bread. However this was not a problem as there was a wide choice of alternative foods available.
