התחלנו את הטיול במלון זה וחזרנו אליו בשמחה לקקאת סוף הטיול.
אהבנו את השירות, מתקני המלון, כולל כביסה בעלויות מצחיקות. המיקום המעולה שקרוב לכל האתרים המרכזיים ונמצא בלב אזור הבילויים והמסעדות של האנוי.
הצוות היה מדהים ואדיב. סייעו לנו בכל מה שהיינו צריכים. בסוף השהיּיה גם העניקו לנו שקית עם צידה לטיסה.

The hotel and staff are good. The affiliates to the cruise and honesty around expectations. Not good.

The bed was super comfortable. Hotel is luxurious

Cons:

Only one card. Means the AC is off and you return to a hot room and it takes so long to cool. One of my nights the AC didn’t work at all. There was zero compensation for this. It was super uncomfortable and a day before i was away for an entire day, so not a good nights rest. The suggestion was that i moved which was super inconvenient.
The hotel recommends cruises that they partner with. DO NOT TAKE THIS OPTION. the prices are inflated for hotel guests and does not reflect the hotel well. I was scammed into this.
