Pros:

Fantastic location - an inch from the lake and close to the night market

Cons:

Chambre et salle de bain un peu petite mais très belle vue sur la ville et un petit bout du lac.
Aucun bruit de la ville dommage qu'il y ait eu d autres nuisances sonores très inconfortables venant du fait que la chambre 1110 est située au 11 ème étage sous le restaurant.
Dès 6h30 bruit incessant de déplacements des chaises et de pas .
Et cela toute la journée car les repas s enchaînent.
Une nuit à 1h du matin, travaux ? Bruit intermittent de perceuse durant ~30mn.
Salle de bain non insonorisé avec celle de la chambre VIP d à côté, On entend tout comme si nous étions dans la même pièce :la douche les toilettes et le personnel de nettoyage qui parle

Pros:

The amazing soft mattress after 2 weeks of hard Vietnamese beds in other motels. Clean fresh room and friendly staff that organised a boxed breakfast as we were leaving before breakfast buffet started.

Pros:

The reception is absolutely fantastic. They recognize previous guests and are very attentive. Special thanks to Hannah. Our second stay with them was also very pleasant. The rooftop bar is elegant and the pool area is lovely. There is a good breakfast and the option to buy speciality coffee. Both the room and hotel areas are very clean.
We can definitely recommend a visit. Preferably a higher room to avoid some of the noise from the vibrant city life

Fabulous Hotel right in the heart of Hanoi, we booked lake view room, and our views across the lake and the Hanoi skyline were fantastic, staff were all very happy, polite and efficient. Breakfast was good with many options. Roof top bar had a good atmosphere.

We stayed during one of the market nights and none of the staff told us we would have loud music outside our room till 10pm.
Booked a family suite which was not great. They added in another bed for us but space was an issue
