Take tram line 8 towards Dresden Hellerau Kiefernweg and get off at Prager Strasse. Follow the signs towards Altmarkt. Our hotel is on the left side of the Dr.-Kulz-Ring. Alternatively, you can walk from the Dresden Hauptbahnhof train station to the hotel. Just follow the Prager Strasse to the Altmarkt (about a 15-minute walk)

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and I will stay hete once I visit Dresden again
Pros:

Location was very good, very close to the Old City.
The hotel itself is looking nice. The room was comfortable

Cons:

It would be good to have slippers in the room.

Gute zentrale Lage. Vieles zu Fuß erreichbar. Ausstattung für vier Nächte ausreichend. Frühstück Standard und okay, nicht außergewöhnlich.

Pros:

I had probably the best hotel sleep of my life there. The bed was very comfy, but, more importantly, the pillows were great. We had a small room, but it was very clean, looked nice and had everything we needed. The staff was very friendly. We enjoyed breakfast too, a good variety of things, and all we tried (except for coffee) was tasty. They even offer a nice selection of loose-leaf teas, which pleasantly surprised me. Location is great, next to public transport, shopping streets and the historical city centre. Only 15 min walk from the main train station. When we are back in Dresden, we will definitely stay here again :)

Cons:

The only little problem we had was with curtains. Even though they seemed to be blackout, we had plenty of sun in our room in the morning.

Wirklich einziger Mangel war, dass in einem Doppelzimmer nur ein Handtuchständer war. So konnte nur ein Handtuch halbwegs trocknen
