Joli séjour dans une magnifique ville
Pros:

Super hôtel bien placé, proche du centre historique. Assez moderne et jolie décoration.
Assez calme.
Chambre agréable.
Le personnel est très gentil et la réception est ouverte 24/24

Cons:

Le séjour était super mis à part le canapé-lit qui était très dur et vraiment inconfortable. Nous y avons très mal dormi. Même si la réception stipule que ce "lit" est pour les enfants, il est vraiment très inconfortable même pour eux.
Sur notre réservation, la mention du canapé-lit n'était pas indiqué. C'était noté un lit simple. Dommage de cette mauvaise surprise.

Rund um schönes Hotel :)
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sauber. Reinigung des Zimmers ist nicht automatisch täglich, sondern man muss es quasi in Auftrag geben. Stand so nicht in unserer Beschreibung aber ein Gespräch mit dem Personal und ab dem zweiten Tag hat es super geklappt.
Die Angestellten waren alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Wir waren als Familie in einem Zimmer. Für mich waren die Betten zu weich. Und die zusätzliche Schlafmöglichkeit, war schon etwas zu hart.

Unser Aufenthalt waren 4 Nächte. Wir haben quasi aus unserem Koffer gelebt, weil Platz um alle Anziehsachen im Schrank zu verstauen für 3 Personen gar nicht gegeben ist. Aber das hat uns weniger gestört. Für eine Person,wäre der Schrank ausreichend 😀

Das Parken im Parkhaus ist mit 21 Euro pro Nacht schon ordentlich. Wir haben gegenüber auf P3 (ohne schranke) geparkt.

Wir kommen aufjedenfall wieder :)

Cons:

Beim Frühstück sollte mehr Personal eingeplant werden. Eine Person alleine schafft es ja gar nicht, jeden Tisch sauber zu halten, damit die nächsten Gäste einen sauberen Tisch zum Frühstück haben.

Das ist das einzige, was ich zu bemängeln habe.

Das einzig Positive: Das Frühstück war gut. Es gab zwar jeden Tag genau das Gleiche und keinerlei Abwechslung, aber die Qualität der Speisen stimmte zumindest.

Cons:

Wir hatten für unseren Aufenthalt im Premier Inn Dresden ein Dreibettzimmer gebucht, wurden jedoch bitter enttäuscht. Das Zimmer war für drei Personen absolut nicht ausgelegt und viel zu eng – man konnte sich in dem Raum kaum bewegen.

Folgende Punkte haben uns massiv gestört:

Mangelhafte Aufbettung: Das "Dreibettzimmer" entpuppte sich als normales Zimmer, in dem lediglich ein Sessel aufgeklappt wurde. Das hat nichts mit einem vollwertigen dritten Bett zu tun.

Fehlende Ausstattung: Obwohl wir zu dritt gebucht hatten, gab es auf dem Zimmer weder drei Tassen noch drei Gläser. Hier wurde beim Service einfach nicht mitgedacht.

Kaum Stauraum: Es gab nur einen einzigen, viel zu kleinen Schrank. Für drei Personen völlig unzureichend, sodass wir den gesamten Aufenthalt über aus dem Koffer leben mussten.

Unbequeme Möblierung: Der einzige Stuhl im gesamten Raum war nicht zu benutzen.

Defekte Technik: Die Lüftung im Badezimmer (Nasszelle) funktionierte überhaupt nicht. Lampe am Bett war so dunkel man hätte nicht mal ein Buch lesen können.

Wir waren rundum sehr zufrieden!!!

Zentrale Lage, alles da was man braucht, bequeme Betten, beim Frühstück ist für jeden was dabei, auch glutenfreies Brot, sehr freundliches Personal, und hat nichts gefehlt, top Preis- Leistungsverhältnis!

Cons:

Leider gab es keinen Vergrößerungsspiegel im Bad.
