Beautiful, welcoming and comfortable
Pros:

Stunning little hotel, great variety for breakfast, very welcoming and informative! Helped with tours, airport transfers and made our stay super pleasant!

Toller Aufenthalt in Hoi An
Pros:

Frühstück war optisch und geschmacklich top, manchmal allerdings waren die Hauptgerichte wenig gewürzt . Besonders die Salate und Dressings waren ausgezeichnet ebenso der Mangosmoothie. Es gab jeden Tag eine andere Suppe und Eierspeisen nach Wahl.Das Zimmer hatte bequeme Betten und der Pool mit Liegen und bequemen Auflagen war super und alles war sehr gepflegt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Ich würde das Hotel sehr gerne weiterempfehlen.

Cons:

DasBad war etwas beengt, durch die Türe konnte man schlecht auf die Toilette, eine Schiebetür würde dieses Problem lösen. Der tägliche Wechsel aller Handtücher sowie der Zahnbürsten sind aus ökologischer Sicht unnötig.

Pros:

Staff are great - super helpful.
Room was spacious and comfortable.
Free bikes to use with the hotel is a lovely touch, as the walk into the city is a touch far.
Pool is a lovely spot.

Cons:

No bad surprises. Hotel was exactly as expected. As mentioned, bikes are great for getting into town. The walk isn’t too far but motorbikes are constantly parked on the paths which make the walk a little less enjoyable. Gym is small, but there are a couple of big gyms close by that don’t cost much at all.

Loved this hotel
Pros:

Brilliant location - 15 min walk into the old town and 20 min bike ride to the beach. Our rooms were lovely and very clean - housekeeping were fantastic. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Hoi An is great for combining sightseeing and beach time. Highly recommended.

Cons:

It's a shame that there aren't more sunbeds around the pool and maybe a few tables so you can enjoy breakfast next to the pool.

Wonderful stay in this beautiful (!) clean & well appointed hotel. Warm, professional staff, loved!
Pros:

service was fantastic, kind, warm staff and wonderful hotel. So clean and beautiful! Authentically Vietnamese and understated luxury. The food is delicious, breakfast buffet was excellent. Lovely little hotel, would love to go back. Staff were very generous organising help with Tailor, outings and bookings. Wonderful, easy service with electric taxi into old town and back made the location doable.

Nothing, loved it.

Wonderful stay
Pros:

Quieter location out of the hustle and hustle of Old Town. Beautiful and huge room with an amazing comfortable bed. Helpful and efficient staff. Try Tintin Restaurant around the corner for a delicious meal.

服務員都很熱心，笑容滿分，提早與你聯絡詢問你需不需要峴港到會安包車服務我覺得挺方便，大推腳踏車服務在會安去椰子林、會安古城、會安印象秀都很方便又省錢，我覺得這項服務很喜歡💕

Cons:

如果可以提早傳訊息提供飯店有提供哪一些行程、門票資訊等等會更好，不然蠻多旅客應該在出國前都已經安排好行程，早餐說6:30-10:30，但10:10分就開始收，原本想在拿點東西，但他們收的順度太快了，不好意思再去要🙂

Pour un séjour entre repos piscine et visite
Pros:

Le confort des chambres et le personnels sont super.
Nous avons modifié a plusieurs reprises en fonction de nos vacances ils ont été super pour nous aidé.
Le petit dejeuner parfait voir exeptionnel.
L emplacement a quelques minutes du vieux quartier tout en étant dans un endroit plus calme.

Pros:

Extremely helpful staff that are genuinely thinking about your wellbeing an satisfaction. Very nice swimming pool and great breakfast.

Cons:

The location is a bit further from town than what I would have liked but it is still a walkable distance and Grab cars are available everywhere.
